المستخلص: This study aims at invesitigating the waste management techniques used by Coca-Cola Company - Skikda, on the basis of a waste assessment approach. An interview has been conducted with the responsible of the envirmental department and statistical data during the period 2015-2021 to identify the used techniques. The analysis shows the following results: The company used the rubbish assessment approach in a relative way, where it has used only the technique of selling waste, which has a positive impact on the financial return, and the waste sorting technique has a positive impact on the quality of waste and has provided four jobs.

Cette étude vise à connaître les techniques de gestion des déchets utilisées par l’entreprise Coca-Cola de Skikda, dans le cadre d’une approche d'évaluation des déchets. Un formulaire d’entretien direct a été utilisé à ces fins avec le responsable de la direction de l’environnement pour estimer les techniques utilisées, ainsi que l’analyse des données statistiques de l’établissement durant la période 2015-2021. L’étude a abouti aux résultats suivants : L’entreprise utilise partiellement une approche d’évaluation des déchets en pratiquant uniquement la vente de déchets, qui a un impact positif sur sa rentabilité financière, et le tri des déchets, qui a un impact positif sur la qualité des déchets et a permis la création de 4 emplois, et ces deux techniques ont un impact positif sur l’environnement.
