المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة العلاقة التربوية بين الأستاذ الجامعي والطالب، ودورها في تعزيز اتجاهاتهم نحو مقررات العلوم الشرعية، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من أساتذة العلوم الشرعية، وعددهم (٥٥) أستاذا، وكذلك عينة مكونة من (٥٠١) طالبا التي تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية من قسمي أصول الدين والشريعة في كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية بالأحساء التابعة لجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث فقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي، كما وظفت استبانة مكونة من (٤٥) فقرة ضمن ثلاثة مجالات ومقياس اتجاه مكون من (٢٠) فقرة. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أى مستوى العلاقة التربوية بين الأستاذ الجامعي والطالب من وجهة نظر أساتذة العلوم الشرعية، وكذلك من وجهة نظر طلابهم جاءت عالية، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) تعزى لاختلاف متغير دور المستجيب حول كل من (المجال الأول: التفاعل مع الطلاب، المجال الثاني: توجيه سلوك الطلاب، المتوسط العام) وكانت جميعها لصالح عينة الأساتذة. بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في استجابة أساتذة العلوم الشرعية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة التدريسية، بينما في استجابات الطلاب لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في استجابة طلاب العلوم الشرعية تعزى لمتغيرات المستويات الدراسية، والمعدل التراكمي، وأيضا جاء مستوى دور درجة علاقة الأستاذ الجامعي بالطلاب في تعزيز اتجاهاتهم نحو مقررات العلوم الشرعية من وجهة نظر الطلاب بدرجة موافقة عالية، وبناء على ذلك أوصى الباحث بضرورة إيلاء الموضوع أهمية خاصة لتأثيره في اتجاهات الطلاب، والاستفادة من القائمة المقننة وعقد الدورات وتصميم الحقائب التدريبية التي تعزز هذه العلاقة.

This research aims to identify the degree of the educational relationship between university professors and their students and its role in enhancing their attitudes towards Sharia science courses. The research sample incorporated 55 teachers and 501 students of sharia sciences. The sample was randomly selected from the Departments of Fundamentals of Religion and Sharia at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies in Al-Ahsa at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. To accomplish the research objectives, the descriptive-analytical survey method was utilized. Accordingly, a 45-item questionnaire covering three constructs and a trend scale comprising (20) items were adopted. The research findings revealed that the degree of the educational relationship between university professors and students was high from the point of view of Sharia sciences professors and their students. It was also revealed that there are statistically significant differences at level 0.05 in the respondent's role variable about each of the First and the second constructs, i.e. interaction with students and directing students" behaviour, besides the general average. All these differences were in favour of the professors" sample. However, no statistically significant differences at 0.05 level were observed in the responses of Islamic science professors to the variable of teaching experience. Moreover, the students' responses showed no statistically significant differences at 0.05 level that are ascribed to the variables of academic levels and the GPA. Also, the level of the role of the degree of the university professor's relationship with students in enhancing their attitudes towards forensic Sharia science courses from the students" point of view received a high degree of approval. Accordingly, the researcher recommended offering special attention to the issue's impact on students' attitudes, utilizing the codified list, offering training courses, and designing training packages that enhance this relationship.
