|a تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز المبادئ الأرغونومية المعتمدة في تصميم وتحسين أماكن العمل، وذلك من خلال تصنيفها إلى محاور: (1) تصنيف (مباركي، 2004) للمبادئ المعتمدة في تصميم أماكن العمل والمقسمة إلى مبادئ أولية ومبادئ ثانوية، والتي تهتم بوضعيات العمل وحالة جسم العامل أثناء تأديته لمهامه من أجل تحقيق راحته وسلامته. (2) تصنيف (Sanders et McCormick, 1987) والذي يركز على المبادئ التنظيمية المتمثلة في مبدأ الأهمية، مبدأ تكرار الاستخدام، مبدأ الوظيفة، ومبدأ ترتيب الاستعمال بالنسبة لوسائل ومعدات العمل، بحيث يكون استعمالها سهلا بالنسبة للعامل ولا يشكل خطرا على صحته. (3) تصنيف المعهد الوطني للبحث والسلامة والذي قام بتجميع أهم المبادئ الأرغونومية التي تستند على المعايير الدولية المطبقة في تصميم وتحسين مناصب العمل كأبعاد ووضعيات العمل، التعامل اليدوي والجهد المبذول، المعلومات، الأضرار الجسمية والكيميائية، إرغامات الوقت، الاتصال، الممرات والتنقلات.
|b This article aims to highlight the ergonomic principles in the design and improvement of workstations, by classifying them into axes: (1) Classification (Mebarki, 2004) of the principles retained in the design of workstations, which are broken down into primary principles and secondary principles, which relate to working postures and the state of the worker's body when performing their tasks in order to ensure their comfort and safety. (2) Classification (Sanders and McCormick, 1987) which revolves around the organizational principles, like principle of importance, principle of repetition of use, principle of function and principle of order of use of work tools and equipment, so that their use will be easy for the worker and pose no threat to his health. (3) The classification of the National Research and Safety Institute, which has compiled the most important ergonomic principles which are based on international standards applied in the design and improvement of workstations as dimensions and positions work, manual handling and effort, information, physical and chemical damage, time constraints, communication, passages and movement.
