المستخلص: ساهمت التنظيرات الحديثة في إثراء مجال بحث إشكالية العلاقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم، إلا أنه يجدر الإشارة إلى ضرورة البحث والتفصيل في الجهود الأولى للتنظير في إشكالية هذه العلاقة والتي كان من ورائها فلاسفة ومنظرين لا تزال أفكارهم مؤثرة إلى يومنا هذا بطريقة أو بأخرى وبشكل متفاوت من مجال لآخر، كأفكار الفلاسفة الثلاث الكبار: سقراط، أفلاطون، أرسطو وما قدموه من تأسيس للفكر البشري خصوصا في مجال السياسة والعدالة والمواطنة وفن الحكم، وأفكار السوفسطائيين، وكذا أفكار المؤرخ نيكولا ميكيافيللي وما قدمه من ترسيم جريء وصريح لطبيعة العلاقة بين الحكام والشعوب في ضوء قراءته لتاريخها. تحاول المقالة أن تستعرض تنظيرات هؤلاء المفكرين لغرض ضبط المفاهيم الأساسية التي تتأسس عليها، ومن ثمة توفير إضافة بحثية جاهزة للبحوث والدراسات التي تتعلق بهذه الإشكالية.

Modern theories have helped to enrich the field of research on the problematic relationship between the ruler and the ruled, but it should be noted the need for research and detail in the early efforts to theorize the problematic of this relationship, which was to l origin of philosophers and theorists. . Their ideas are still influential to this day in one way or another and in varying degrees of field on the other hand, like the ideas of the three great philosophers: Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, and their humanist intellectual foundations, in especially in this policy area. , justice, citizenship, the art of governing and the ideas of the Sophists, as well as the ideas of the historian Nicolas Machiavelli and his bold and frank description of the nature of the relationship between rulers and peoples in light of his reading of his story. The article attempts to approach the theories of these thinkers in order to verify the basic concepts on which they are based, then to present a ready-to-use research that complements the research and studies related to this issue.
