|a لم تعد المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات تعني فقط فهم الأداء الاجتماعي واتباع نهج طوعي، وإنما ضمان الالتزام بتنفيذ برامج هذا النهج ومبادئه، الأمر الذي يستلزم من الشركة بدل العناية الواجبة لتحديد وتفادي الأخطار المحتملة الناشئة عن عملياتها. هذا ما يطلق عليه واجب اليقظة الذي اعترفت به بعض الدول ضمن منظومتها القانونية. وفقا لذلك يهدف واجب اليقظة إلى التزام الشركات بنهج المسؤولية الاجتماعية، من خلال فرض تدابير وقائية لتلافي الضرر المحتمل للإنسان والبيئة، من خلال إعداد ونشر خطة اليقظة، ما ينتج عن ذلك توسيع نطاق المسؤولية الاجتماعية الإلزامية، وتطوير قانون المسؤولية.
|b Corporate social responsibility no longer means only understanding social performance and adopting a voluntary approach, but also ensuring compliance with the implementation of the programs and principles of this approach, and this requires due diligence allowance to identify and avoid potential risks arising from the company's operations. This is the so-called duty of vigilance, which some countries have recognized within their legal system. Accordingly, the duty of vigilance aims at the commitment of companies to the approach of social responsibility, by imposing preventive measures to avoid potential harm to humans and the environment, through the preparation and publication of the vigilance plan, which results in the expansion of the scope of mandatory social responsibility, and the development of the responsibility law.
