المستخلص: علم التجويد شرفه من شرف كلام الله تعالى، لأنه مخصوص به، ومنقول معه، وقد اجتهد العلماء في حفظ مسائل هذا العلم في كتبهم، وصنفوا فيه المصنفات، وأعملوا أحكامه في مدارس الإقراء، حتى كان التلقي هو سمته التي لا يتم إلا بها، ولما له لهذا العلم من شرف وأهميه كبرى، وصلة بالعبادات التي كلفنا الله بها من تلاوة وصلاة، كان لدواوين الفتوى عبر العصور الإسلامية مسائل حول هذا العلم مختلفة، قد تستقل في إثبات أحكامه عن كتب التجويد، من جهة التفريع والتفريغ، أو تزيد في عرضها من واقع قدرة العامة والخاصة على تطبيقه، كما تناولت تلك المدونات القدر الواجب منه مما هو دونه، مما يدعو لجمعها وعرضها في بحث لطيف يتم ما تقدم من الجهود، ويجمع ما تفرق، ويبرز ما استودع في دواوين الفتوى مما يتعلق بهذا العلم، ولأجله كانت هذه الورقة العلمية بعنوان: (الفتوى التجويدية، مضامين وأحكام).

Tajweed Science is one of the most prominent sciences of the Quran. It is closely related to the Quran and concerned with the proper pronunciation of Qur’anic words. Therefore, many Islamic scholars were keen to discuss the basics and principles of this science in their books and, thus, there are numerous books on Tajweed. Its rules are usually taught in Quran Recitation Schools; as direct instruction is the preferred method of learning Tajweed rules. For Muslims, it is of great importance to learn Tajweed rules; since it is related to many worship acts, such as Quran recitation and prayer. Throughout Islamic ages, fatwa departments discussed various issues related to Tajweed science. However, these issues were not mentioned in Tajweed books, not in brief nor in detail. Perhaps, the reason is because these fatwa issues are highly specialized and cannot be applied by the commons. Besides, Tajweed books dealt with the required amount of related knowledge. Hence, collecting and presenting Tajweed fatwas in a thorough research is a required step that shall complete and add to previous scientific efforts in this field. This is the significance of this research paper, which is titled: (Tajweed Fatwa, Related Contents and Rules), and in which I intended to compile, highlight, and review all Tajweed-related fatwas issued by various Fatwa Departments.
