المستخلص: يقدم البحث دراسة تداولية لمبادئ التخاطب في الفكرين العربي القديم، والغربي الحديث. ولطبيعة الموضوع كانت البداية من الفكر العربي القديم من خلال البحث في القرآن الكريم، والحديث النبوي الشريف، باعتبارهما أهم المصادر التي نهلت منها الثقافة العربية، تلا ذلك البحث في كتابات علماء أصول الفقه، وعلماء النقد والبلاغة. ثم انتقل البحث إلى الفكر الغربي الحديث، ليفتش في كتابات أبرز علماء اللغة الغربيين الذين كتبوا في هذه المسألة. لذلك فالدراسة تركز بشكل كبير على وجهات نظر مختلفة ربانيا وفكريا، ومن الأسئلة التي أثارت إشكالية البحث: ما المبادئ التخاطبية التي وردت في القرآن الكريم، والحديث النبوي الشريف، وكتب التراث العربي لضبط عملية التخاطب؟ وما مبادئ التخاطب في الفكر الغربي الحديث؟ ما الاتفاقات والاختلافات بين الفكرين العربي والغربي في تناول هذه المسألة؟ وللوصول إلى إجابات لتلك الأسئلة، ولطبيعة الدراسة، استلزم الأمر اتباع المنهج التداولي، الذي تم من خلاله دراسة هذه المبادئ التخاطبية في كل فكر على حدة، لاستكشاف الواقع ورصده. ثم المقابلة بينها لإظهار مواطن الاتفاق والاختلاف بين الفكرين، وقد خلص البحث لعدد من النتائج من أهمها: اتفاق الجميع على اختلاف ثقافاتهم على ضرورة وجود مبادئ تبليغية وتأدبية حاكمة لعملية التخاطب بين بني الإنسان، ليخرج طرفا هذه العملية بأكبر منفعة وأقل خسارة.

This research provides a pragmatic study of the principles of communication in ancient Arab and modern Western thinking. Due to the nature of the topic, the research starts with examining the ancient Arab thinking. This is through dwelling into the Holy Koran and the Holy Prophetic Hadith, as the most important sources from which Arab culture draw from. Then the research goes through the writings of the etymologist of jurisprudence, and the scientists of criticism and rhetoric. The research then turned to modern Western thinking, to be found in the writings of the most prominent Western linguists who wrote on the issue. Therefore, the study is largely based on different temporal and intellectual perspectives, and one of the questions that gave rise to the problem of research is: What are the principles of rhetoric set forth in the Holy Koran, the Holy Prophetic Hadith and the books of Arab heritage to regulate the process of communication? And what are the principles of communication in modern Western thinking? What are the similarities and differences between Arab and Western thinkers in addressing this issue? In order to find answers to those questions, and to the nature of the study, it was necessary to follow the deliberative methodology, through which these communication principles were studied separately, to explore and monitor reality. Then, the research contrasts them in order to reach the similarities and differences between the Arab and Western thinking. The research concluded a number of findings, the most important of which were: All people, in spite of their different cultures, agree that there should be a governing informative and politeness principles of communication among human beings, so that both parts will end up with the most usefulness and the least loss, possible.
