برامج واستراتيجيات المكتبات العامة في تنمية الوعي الصحي: دراسة مقارنة لدور المكتبات في ضوء جائحة كورونا

المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد برامج الوعي الصحي وأنشطته بالمكتبات العامة المصرية والعربية والأجنبية. والتعرف على الخطط والأنشطة التي نفذتها تلك المكتبات لزيادة الوعي الصحي بمخاطر جائحة فيروس كورونا والمعوقات التي تواجه المكتبات في تقديم برامج الوعي الصحي. ومقارنة أداء المكتبات المصرية والدعم الصحي المقدم من الهيئات الصحية بأداء المكتبات العربية والأجنبية في ظل انتشار فيروس كورونا. وكذلك تقييم مؤشرات إفادة المكتبات العامة من الأنترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في دعم الوعي الصحي لمكافحة خطر الجائحة. واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإنجاز هذا البحث عن طريق استبيان تم إعداده باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها توفر استراتيجية خاصة بالوعي الصحي في أغلب المكتبات العامة. كما يعد قسم الأنشطة الثقافية والمكتبية أكثر الأقسام مسئولية عن أنشطة الوعي الصحي بالمكتبات المصرية بينما قسم الصحة والسلامة هو الأكثر مسئولية عن هذه الأنشطة في المكتبات الأمريكية. وتعد إقامة الندوات والمحاضرات وتوفير مصادر المعلومات أهم الأنشطة التي قدمتها المكتبات المصرية والأمريكية. كما أسفرت الدراسة عن ضعف البرامج التدريبية التي تقدمها المكتبات في مصر والدول العربية على العكس من المكتبات الأمريكية فقد اتضح أن أغلب مكتباتها تهتم بوضع برنامج تدريبي مكتوب للتوعية الصحية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة الأم التي تتبعها المكتبة أكثر المؤسسات تقديما للدعم أثناء جائحة كورونا بينما يعد المكتب الإقليمي لمنظمة الصحة العالمية أقل المؤسسات تقديما للدعم أثناء الجائحة، يعد حضور المحاضرات أبرز أشكال الدعم الفني المقدم لأخصائي المكتبات العامة. كما يعتبر الفيس بوك أشهر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التي أنشأها أخصائي المكتبات واستخدامها في تنمية الوعي الصحي بجائحة كورونا.

The study aims to monitor health awareness programs and activities in Egyptian, Arab and foreign public libraries, and to identify the plans and activities implemented by those libraries to increase health awareness of the risks of the Coronavirus pandemic and the obstacles facing libraries in providing health awareness programs, and to compare the performance of Egyptian libraries and health support provided by health authorities with the performance of Arab and foreign libraries in light of the spread of the Corona virus. As well as evaluating indicators that public libraries benefit from the Internet and social media in supporting health awareness to combat the threat of the pandemic. The researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical method to complete this research through a questionnaire that was prepared in both Arabic and English. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the availability of a strategy for health awareness in most public libraries. The Cultural and Library Activities Department is the most responsible for health awareness activities in Egyptian libraries, while the Health and Safety Department is the most responsible for these activities in American libraries. Holding seminars and lectures and providing sources of information are the most important activities provided by Egyptian and American libraries. The study also resulted in weak training programs offered by libraries in Egypt and Arab countries, unlike American libraries. It became clear that most of their libraries are interested in developing a written training program for health awareness, The study also found that the parent institution to which the library is affiliated is the most advanced institution of support during the Corona pandemic, while the WHO regional office is the least supportive institution during the pandemic, attending the lectures is the most prominent form of technical support provided to a public library specialist, and Facebook is the most popular means Social communication created by a librarian and used in developing health awareness of the Corona pandemic.
