إن النظرة المستقبلية بحد ذاتها هي علاقة تواصل بين حياة الفرد، وامتداد وجوده وأمنه بصرف النظر عن مستوى الأزمات وعددها، والتي تعرض لها وما ألحقته به من أضرار مادية ومعنوية، فالوضوح الفكري للأفراد كلما كان أكثر إيجابية كلما كان واقع الفرد ومستقبله أكثر راحة واستقرار، وعليه فإن انعدام الأمن النفسي يؤدي إلى الهدر الفكري لدى الفرد الذي مفاده فقدان السيطرة على تسيير أموره الحياتية التي تواجهه في المواقف جميعها، لذا هدف البحث الموسوم "الأبعاد المستقبلية وعلاقته بالأمن النفسي لدى طالبات التربية الخاصة" إلى التعرف على: 1- التعرف على أبعاد التربية المستقبلية لدى طالبات التربية الخاصة. 2- الكشف عن الأمن النفسي لدى طالبات التربية الخاصة. 3- التعرف على عالقة أبعاد التربية المستقبلية بالأمن النفسي لدى طالبات التربية الخاصة. واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي، بعد توزيع المقياس على عينة البحث كانت نتائجه أن طالبات التربية الخاصة لديهم بعد تربوي وثقافي، وتفكير بالمستقبل وبعد علمي تكنولوجي يتمتعن بأمن نفسي، وإن تمتع طالبات التربية الخاصة بالأبعاد المستقبلية جعلهن يتمتعن بالثقة بالنفس ما أدى شعورها بالأمن النفسي.
