المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مصطلحات الوقف التي ذكرها المنتخب الهمذاني رحمه الله، ومنهجه في ذكر الوقوف، وأثر وقوف القرآن التي ذكرها بغيرها من العلوم الأخرى. والمنهج المتبع البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج الوصفي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن. واشتمل البحث على تمهيد تحدثت فيه بإيجاز: تعريف الوقف والابتداء، وترجمة موجزة للمنتجب الهمذاني رحمه الله، وتعريف موجز بكتاب الكتاب الفريد في إعراب القرآن المجيد. ثم أربعة مباحث هي: المبحث الأول: مصادر المنتجب الهمذاني رحمه الله في الوقف والابتداء، والمبحث الثاني: مصطلحات الوقف التي ذكرها المنتجب الهمذاني رحمه الله، والمبحث الثالث: منهج المنتجب الهمذاني رحمه الله في ذكر الوقوف، والمبحث الرابع: أثر وقوف القرآن التي ذكرها المنتجب الهمذاني رحمه الله بغيرها من العلوم الأخرى. وتم خلال تلك المباحث تحليل الوقوف التي ذكرها المنتجب الهمذاني رحمه الله ومقارنتها بما ذكره غيره من العلماء في كتب الوقف والابتداء، وكتب التفسير، وكتب إعراب القرآن الكريم، وقد بلغت (24) وقفا. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: استخدام المنتجب الهمذاني رحمه الله بعض الصيغ والعبارات التي تدل على ترجيحه لبعض الوقوف ومن هذه الصيغ والعبارات قوله: "والوقوف عندي"، وقوله: "والوجه أن يوقف"، وقوله: "هذا هو الوقوف"، وقوله: "وهو أمتن، ووصف الوقف بقوله: "جيد". ومن أهم توصيات البحث: دراسة اختيارات مكي بن أبي طالب رحمه الله في الوقف والابتداء على سبيل الاستيعاب في جميع مؤلفاته، ودراسة اختيارات القرطبي رحمه الله في الوقف والابتداء في كتابه الجامع لأحكام القرآن، ودراسة اختيارات ابن جزي رحمه الله في الوقف والابتداء في كتابه التسهيل لعلوم التنزيل، ودراسة اختيارات القسطلاني رحمه الله في الوقف والابتداء في كتابه لطائف الإشارات.

The research aims to identify the terms of waqf (endowment) mentioned by Al-Muntajib Al-Hamdhani- may Allah have mercy on him- and his method for mentioning waqf, and the effect of that on Qur’an, which he mentioned with other sciences. The research methodology is followed: the inductive approach, the descriptive method, the analytical method, and the comparative approach. The research includes a preface in which I spoke briefly: the definition of waqf and Ebtida, a brief introduction of Al-Muntajib Al-Hamdhani and a brief introduction of his unique book: "Erab Alquran Almajeed" Then there are four topics: the first topic: the sources of Al-Muntajib Al-Hamdhani in the waqf and Ebtida, the second topic: the terms of waqf mentioned by Al-Muntajeb Al-Hamdhani and the third topic: the approach of Al-Muntajeb Al-Hamdhani in mentioning the waqf, and the fourth topic: The effect of waqf of the Qur’an mentioned by Al-Muntajeb Al Hamdhani with other sciences. Through those researches, the waqf mentioned by Al-Muntajeb Al-Hamdhani are analyzed and compared to what other scholars mentioned in the books of waqf and Ebtida, books of interpretation, and books of the Noble Qur’an, and it reached (24) waqfs. Among the most important results of the research: Al-Muntajj Al-Hamdhani used some formulas and expressions that indicate his preference for some standing. Among these formulas and expressions is his saying: “The waqfs that I know,” and his saying: “The way to use waqfs,” and his saying: “This is waqf.” And his saying: It is stronger, and he described the waqfs by saying: "Good. Among the most important recommendations of the research are: studying the choices of Makki bin Abi Talib - may Allah have mercy on him- in the waqf and Ebtida, as a means of understanding of all his writings, and studying the choices of Al-Qurtubi- may Allah have mercy on him - in the waqf and Ebtida, in his comprehensive book: "Aljamea li Ahkam Alquran" and studying the choices of Ibn Jazzi- may Allah have mercy on him- in waqf and Ebtida in his book Al-Tasheel li eloum Altanzil, and the study of the choices of Al-Qastalani - may Allah have mercy on him- in the waqf and Ebtida, in his book "Lataef Alesharat"
