يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن الأسباب التي جعلت بعض شعراء الأندلس يتطلعون إلى الموت في شوق؛ لشعورهم بانعدام المتعة في الحياة، التي ليس فيها شيء يستحق أن يعيش الإنسان من أجله. فرأى الشاعر الأندلسي أنه من الأفضل له أن يموت على أن يبقى على قيد الحياة، ومن يتمنى الموت فلا شك أنه بلغ مبلغا عظيما من القلق والاضطراب؛ بحيث حاصرته الهموم من كل جانب، وأفضت به إلى ما هو أقسى من الموت؛ أعني: تمني الموت؛ فقد ذاق من صنوف الآلام والإحباط ما جعل اليأس عميقا في نفسه. وغير خاف أن ذروة الرغبة في الموت قد تنطوي على التعلق الشديد بالحياة، وتوقد الإحساس المرهف بها. وقد جاء البحث في تمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة، وتناول التمهيد أطيب اللذات في الشعر الأندلسي، وعرض المبحث الأول تمني الموت في الشعر المشرقي، ورصد المبحث الثاني أسباب تمني الموت في الشعر الأندلسي. وأسباب تمني الموت - عند شعراء الأندلس -كثيرة، منها (فساد الزمان، سقوط المدن، الإخفاق في تحقيق الأماني، الذل، السجن، الغربة، الفقر، المرض، العمى، الشيب، فراق المحبوب، وفاة الابن، رحيل الأصدقاء).
This search aims at detecting the reasons that made some Andalisian poets wish for death eagerly because of feeling lack of fun in life which has nothing worthy to make man live man live for. The Andalusian poet saw that it is better for him to die rather than live . those who wish to die undoubtedly had a great amount of worry and anxiety as he was surrounded by worries all around him and led him to further than death, Wishing for death; as he tasted as much types of pain and depression that made him deeply desperate in the soul . it is clear that the utmost of the desire to die may involves great cling to life and start a sensitive feeling of it. The search contains a preface, two studies and a conclusion. The preface detects the best pleasures in the Andalisian poetry. The first study detects wishing for death in the oriental poetry and the Second study detects the reasons for wishing for death in the Andalisian poetry. The reason for wishing for death are numerous including (corruption of the time, the fall of cities, failing to achieve wishes, humiliation, imprisonment, alienation, poverty, illness, blindness, old age, lovers, farewell, son death, friends, farewell). I have used the Analytical descriptive approach to explain the texts and explain the aesthetical values in them and consequently judge them.
