المستخلص: نظرا للطابع الشمولي لجرائم الفساد وكونها تتعدى حدود الدولة الواحدة سواء من حيث أركانها أو آثارها، فإن مكافحتها والحد منها تتطلب تعاونا بين الدول على جميع المستويات سواء من حيث التجريم والعقاب أو التعاون القضائي بتبادل الإجراءات القضائية أو من حيث التعاون الأمني بين أجهزة الشرطة ومن حيث التعاون المؤسساتي بين المؤسسات المالية وذلك من أجل متابعة مرتكبي هذه الجرائم وملاحقتهم في أي دولة.

In view of the comprehensive nature of the crimes of corruption and the fact that they transcend the borders of the same State, both in terms of their elements and their effects, combating them requires cooperation between States at all levels, both in terms of criminalization and punishment or judicial cooperation by exchanging judicial procedures or in terms of security cooperation between the police and institutional bodies among financial institutions In order to close the gates to the perpetrators of these crimes and follow them in any country they were.

Compte tenu du caractère exhaustif des crimes de corruption et du fait qu'ils transcendent les frontières de l'État, tant en ce qui concerne leurs éléments que leurs effets, leur lutte requiert une coopération entre les États à tous les niveaux, tant en matière de criminalisation et de sanction judiciaire qu'en matière de sécurité, entre la police et la sécurité Institutions institutionnelles et parmi les institutions financières afin de surveiller les auteurs de ces crimes et de les poursuivre dans tous les pays.
