استهدف البحث التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة المفتوحة بالاتحاد المصري لألعاب القوى، وتتضح أهمية البحث في قيمته التطبيقية وما يمكن أن يقدمه من خدمات في مجال الإدارة داخل المؤسسات الرياضية، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بخطواته وإجراءاته وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث. يشمل مجتمع البحث العاملين بالاتحاد المصري لألعاب القوى والمتمثل في "أعضاء مجلس إدارة أفرع الاتحاد، أعضاء لجان الاتحاد المختلفة، مديري أفرع الاتحاد (مالي- تنفيذي)، إداري الأفرع والاتحاد وذلك للعام 2020م/2021م والبالغ عددهم (226) فرد. قام الباحثون باختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من المجتمع الأصلي وبلغت قوامها (171) فردا وبنسبة مئوية قدرها (75.66%). واستخدم الباحث استمارة الواقع الفعلي للأساليب الإدارية المتبعة بالاتحاد المصري لألعاب القوى، واستمارة متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة المفتوحة بالاتحاد المصري لألعاب القوى في جمع البيانات ومن أهم النتائج. تفويض الصلاحيات الكافية للعاملين بالاتحاد لتمكينهم من إنجاز مهام عملهم وتطوير مهارات وقدرات العاملين بالاتحاد.
The research aimed to identify the requirements for the application of open management in the Egyptian Athletics Federation, and the importance of the research is clear in its practical value and the services it can provide in the field of management within sports institutions. The research community includes workers in the Egyptian Athletics Federation, which is represented in the "members of the board of directors of the branches of the federation, members of the various committees of the federation, managers of the branches of the federation (financial-executive), the administrators of the branches and the federation for the year 2020AD/2021AD, whose number is (226) individuals. The researchers chose the basic research sample by random stratified method from the original community, and it consisted of (171) individuals and a percentage of (75.66%). The researcher used the actual reality form of the administrative methods used in the Egyptian Athletics Federation, and the Open Management Application Requirements form in the Egyptian Athletics Federation in collecting data, and one of the most important results of delegating sufficient powers to the employees of the union to enable them to complete their work tasks and develop the skills and capabilities of the employees of the union.
