|b This article reports the results of an online survey of 142 graduates of the University of Guelma. Through a questionnaire distributed on Facebook, we collected data on the professional future of graduates and their perception of the contribution of the university in facilitating their professional integration. The study postulates that the social responsibility of the university is no longer limited to guaranteeing equitable access to higher education, or even a quality diploma, but must also facilitate the employability of graduates. The results indicate that graduates are unanimous in considering that their university does not prepare them or prepares them little for professional integration.
|d Le présent article rapporte les résultats d’une enquête en ligne auprès de 142 diplômés de l’université de Guelma. A travers un questionnaire sur Facebook, nous avons collecté des données sur le devenir des diplômés et leur perception de la contribution de l’université dans leur employabilité. L’étude pose comme postulat que la responsabilité sociale de l’université ne se limite plus à garantir un accès équitable aux études supérieures, ou encore un diplôme de qualité, mais doit en plus, faciliter l’emploi des diplômés. Les résultats indiquent que les diplômés sont unanimes à considérer que l’université ne les prépare pas ou les prépare peu à l’insertion professionnelle.
