|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى فعالية البرنامج التثقيفي النفسي في الحد من الانتكاسة لدى مرضى الاضطراب الوجداني ثنائي القطب، وبلغ عدد المشاركين في الدراسة (20) من مرضى الاضطراب الوجداني ثنائي القطب، ممن تراوحت أعمارهم بين (18- 58) عاما، ولجمع البيانات، تم استخدام استمارة استبيان مقابلة شخصية لمرضى الاضطراب الوجداني ثنائي القطب، ومقياس لقياس اتجاهات المرضى تجاه الالتزام بالأدوية، وبرنامج التثقيف النفسي للحد من الانتكاسة لدى مرضى الاضطراب الوجداني ثنائي القطب، كما أسفرت النتائج عن فعالية البرنامج التثقيفي النفسي كعلاج نفسي مساعد في الحد من الانتكاسة لدى مرضى الاضطراب الوجداني ثنائي القطب.
|b The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the psycho-educational program in reducing relapse among patients with bipolar affective disorder. The number of participants in the study was (20) of bipolar affective disorder patients, whose ages ranged between (18-58) years, and for data collection. A personal interview questionnaire form for patients with bipolar affective disorder, a scale to measure patients' attitudes towards adherence to medication, and a psycho-education program to reduce relapse among patients with bipolar affective disorder were used. The results also revealed the effectiveness of the psycho-educational program as an adjuvant psychotherapy in reducing relapse among patients with bipolar disorder.
