التحذير من ذم العلماء والتقليل من قدرهم

المستخلص: فأني رأيت في وقتنا الحاضر أن أعراض العلماء ولحومهم قد استبيحت، وهذا الأمر جلب على الأمة الإسلامية أبلغ الأضرار والذي بدوره سيورث الشك في أهل العلم مما يؤدي إلى عدم الثقة بأقوالهم وعدم الثقة بالعقيدة التي ينشرونها وعدم الثقة ببيانهم لكتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى ولسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم، وكذلك عدم الثقة ببيانهم للفتاوى المعاصرة وللنوازل الحاضرة التي تستجد في أحوال المسلمين، مما دفعني إلى كتابة هذه السطور لكي تكون تذكيرا، ونصحا، وتحذيرا من عاقبة الحديث في العلماء، والطعن في أعراضهم، فكان ولا بد أن أتطرق لهذا الموضوع وقد خرجت بنتائج طيبة أهمها: أولا: مكانة العلماء في الإسلام هي التكريم والإجلال، كرمهم الله سبحانه وتعالى ورسوله الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم في أحاديثه الشريفة، وكرمهم السلف الصالح ففضل العلماء ومكانتهم العظيمة ثابتة لا يمكن لأحد إنكارها أو نفيها. ثانيا: إيذاء عالم من العلماء يعد إعلان حرب على الله ورسوله، والله خصيمه في الدنيا والآخرة. ثالثا: النيل من العلماء وإظهار زلاتهم ما هو إلا محاولة لإسقاط رموز الأمة الإسلامية وإفراغها من القدوات مما يؤثر على المجتمع الإسلامي سلبيا، وبذلك لا يكون لهم التأثير في قلوب المسلمين. ربعا: أننا لا ندعو إلى تقديس الأشخاص، أو التغاضي عن الأخطاء، أو السكوت عن الحق. بل ندعو إلى المنهج الصحيح في بيان الحق، بدون انتهاك لأعراض العلماء، فلا إفراط ولا تفريط، ولا غلو ولا جفاء. خامسا: على العلماء وطلاب العلم الذين يبتلون بالتعريض للطعن، وكلام الناس فيهم؛ عليهم أن يصبروا ويتقوا الله، وأن يعلموا أنهم ليسوا أفضل من الأنبياء والمرسلين، فالرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يسلم من الكلام فيه، وطعن حتى في أهله في حادثة الإفك. وأرجو الله أن أكون قد وفقت في تناولي لهذا الموضوع، ولا يخلو أي كتاب من هفوة أو تقصير إلا كتاب الله، لذلك ما كان صوابا فيما كتبته فمن الله وحده وتوفيقه، وما كان فيه من أخطاء أو تقصير فمني ومن الشيطان والله ورسوله منه براء.

For I have seen in our present time that the honor of the scholars and their flesh have been sanctified, and this matter has brought upon the Islamic Ummah the most severe harm, which in turn will generate doubt in the people of knowledge, which leads to distrust of their sayings, distrust of the belief that they spread, and distrust of their statement of the Book of God (and the Sunnah of His Prophet), as well as lack of confidence in their statement of the Book of God (and the Sunnah of His Prophet). Confidence in their statement of contemporary fatwas and the current calamities that are emerging in the conditions of Muslims, which prompted me to write these lines in order to be a reminder, advice, and a warning against the consequences of talking about scholars, and defaming their honor. First: The status of scholars in Islam is honor and reverence, God (and His Noble Messenger) honored them in his honorable hadiths, as well as the righteous predecessors. Second: Harming a scholar is considered a declaration of war against God and His Messenger, and God is his opponent in this world and the hereafter. Third: Undermining the scholars and exposing their misdeeds is nothing but an attempt to overthrow the symbols of the Islamic nation and empty it of role models, which affects the Islamic society negatively, and thus they do not have an influence on the hearts of Muslims. Fourth: We do not call for people to be sanctified, to overlook mistakes, or to remain silent about the truth. Rather, we call for the correct approach in explaining the truth, without violating the honor of the scholars, so there is no exaggeration or negligence, nor exaggeration nor slander. Fifthly: The scholars and students of knowledge who are afflicted by exposure to stabbing, and the people’s words about them, are required to do so. They have to be patient and fear God, and to know that they are not better than the prophets and messengers, for the Messenger (did not escape from speaking about it, and slandered even his family in the incident of al-Ifk. And I hope to God that I have succeeded in dealing with this subject, and no book is free of slips or shortcomings except the Book of God, so whatever was correct in what I wrote is from God alone and His guidance, and whatever mistakes or shortcomings in it are from me and from Satan and God and His Messenger are innocent.
