هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي فهم معلمي المركز الريادي في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمحافظة جرش لمفهوم الإبداع ونظرتهم لمكوناته، ولتحقيق ذلك تم اختيار مدرسي هذا المركز (2008-2009) وعددهم سبعة (ستة معلمين ومعلمة واحدة) ، حيث طبقت عليهم استبانة مفتوحة النهاية، وأجريت معهم مقابلات شبه محكمة، ثم حللت البيانات وفق أساليب تحليل البيانات النوعية. أظهرت النتائج أن أربعة معلمين عرفوا الإبداع على أنه ناتج نهائي؛ والثلاثة الباقون عرفوه بدلالة التفكير الإبداعي، وكانت نظره اثنين منهم للإبداع أساسية؛ حيث نظرا للمكون المعرفي على أنه العامل المؤثر الوحيد في الإبداع، ونظرة ثلاثة انتقالية، حيث اعتبروا مكونين للإبداع، أما المعلمين الباقين فكانت نظرتهما متوازنة، حيث عدا المكونات الثلاثة: المعرفي والشخصية والظروف البيئية جميعها مكونات للإبداع، وقد أدركوا جميعا أن المكون المعرفي عامل مؤثر في الإبداع، أما مكون الشخصية المتمثل بسمة الدافعية، فأدركه أربعة، ومكون الظروف البيئية أدركه معلمين اثنين، وقد أوصت الدراسة بوضع معايير لاختيار معلمي المراكز الريادية وإعداد برامج لتدريبهم لتشجيع الإبداع لدى الطلبة.\
The objective of this study was to investigate the extent of the teachers’ perception at the pioneer center in the directorate of education in Jerash – Jordon for the concept of creation and their views to its components. For achieving this objective, the seven teachers at this pioneer center were chosen in 2008-2009 six of them were mail but the other one was female. An endless question was implement and interviews were also conducted. Date were analyzing in according to the methods of analyzing qualitative date . The results showed that four teachers in the pioneer center defined creation as the last product, but the other defined it in relevance to the creative thinking. Two teachers’ view to the creation was primary, they viewed that the mental component was the only effective factor in creation. Three of the viewed that the creation was transitional; they considered that creation had two components. The other two teachers’ view was balanced; they considered that creation had three components: mantel, individual, and the environmental circumstances. All of the teachers realized that the mental component was effective factor in creation. Four of them realized that environmental component represented in motivation trait was effective. The other two realized that environmental component was the effective factor in creation. The study recommended to have criteria for choosing the teachers in pioneer centers. And preparing programs for training them to encourage their students to be creative.
