المستخلص: 1- عنوان البحث أدلة أثبات والشهادة في الزنا الزنى. ٢- جعلت هذا البحث يتكون من مبحثين المبحث الأول الشروط التي يجب توفرها في الشاهد ويتكون من أثنتي عشرة مطلبا، المطلب الأول: ((عددهم))، والمطلب الثاني: ((كونهم رجالا))، والمطلب الثالث: ((كونهم أحرار)) والمطلب الرابع: ((كونهم مسلمين))، والمطلب الخامس: ((العقل والبلوغ)) والسادس: ((العدالة)) والسابع: ((أن يكون بصيرا)) والثامن: (( أن يكون ناطقا)) والتاسع: ((عدم التهمة في شهادته والعاشر: ((أن لا يكون زوج المشهود عليها والحادي عشر: ((أن يكون محافظا على مروءة مثله)) والثاني عشر: (( أن يكون يقضا )). ٣- وجعلت المبحث الثاني الشروط التي يجب توافرها في الشهادة وجعلته يتكون من ستة مطالب المطلب الأول: ((ذكر صيغتها))، والمطلب الثاني: ((اجتماع الشهود عند تأديتها))، والمطلب الثالث: ((أصالتها)) والمطلب الرابع: ((تقادم الشهادة))، والمطلب الخامس: ((اتحاد الشهادة وعدم اختلافها))، والمطلب السادس: ((اجتماعهما مع الإقرار)). ٤- وجعلت الخاتمة والفهرست. ٥- سبب اختياري لهذا البحث هو لكشف أسرار إقامة حدود الله كما أمر الله ورسوله الكريم. ٦- وجدت كثيرا من الأمور المختلف فيها بين الفقهاء وحاولت تسليط الضوء على الراجح منها وأثبت ذلك بالأدلة من الكتاب والسنة والمصادر الأخرى.

The title of the research: Evidence and testimony in adultery. I made this research consist of two sections, the first topic being the conditions that must be met in the witness and it consists of twelve demands, the first requirement: “their number”, the second requirement: “their being men” and the third requirement: “their being free” And the fourth requirement: “Be Muslims,” the fifth demand: “Intellect and maturity,” the sixth: “Justice,” the seventh: “Be insightful,” the eighth: “He should speak” and the ninth: “No accusation.” In his testimony and the tenth: ((that he should not be the husband of the well-known witness)) and the eleventh: ((that he maintain his chivalry like him)) and the twelfth: ((that he judge)). The second topic made the conditions that must be met in the testimony and made it consist of six demands: the first requirement: ((mentioning its formula)), the second requirement: ((the meeting of witnesses when it is performed)), the third requirement: ((its authenticity)) and the fourth requirement: (the testimonial prescription), the fifth requirement: ((unity of testimony and its non differentiation)), and the sixth requirement: ((they meet with acknowledgment)). I made the conclusion and the index. the reason for choosing this research is to reveal the secrets of establishing the limits of God as commanded by God and His Noble Messenger. I found a lot of different issues among the jurists, and I tried to shed light on the most correct ones, and I proved that with evidence from the Qur’an, Sunnah and other sources.
