المستخلص: يتناول البحث علم اللغة الاجتماعي والنفسي، وهو فرعان أساسيان من فروع علم اللغة العام الحديث، ذلك أن اللغة: اجتماعية؛ لأنها تنشأ وتتطور في أحضان المجتمع، ونفسية؛ لأنها تعبير عما يدور في خاطر الإنسان من أفكار وأحاسيس. ويحتوي البحث على المقدمة، وفيها أهمية اللغة غير اللفظية، وطرح إشكال الموضوع، والجوهر أو الهيكل. ويضم مبحثان: المبحث الأول: يتناول تحديد مفهوم بعض المصطلحات المهمة حول الدراسة، مثل مفهوم الحركة، والاتصال غير اللفظي، ومعنى كلمة: "الإتكيت أو لغة السلوك"، واللغات والشفرات، ونظرية المعلومات. أما المبحث الثاني فيتناول أنواع الحركات الجسمية في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة ودورها في اللغة والكلام والخاتمة تتضمن النتائج والتوصيات، ومن النتائج: إن جسم الإنسان هو نظام اتصالي بشري مستقل، نظرا لقدراته الاتصالية العجيبة المعجزة، فهو يتكلم بأعضاء جسمه كما يتكلم بلسانه (إشارة إلى اللغة اللفظية وغير اللفظية)، كذلك ظهرت لغة الجسم في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة على شكل إشارات ومن التوصيات: الاهتمام بلغة الجسم أكثر، إذ إنها الوسيلة الوحيدة للتعبير عن صدق العواطف الداخلية للفرد، كذلك الأخذ في الاعتبار أنها لغة مستقلة.

The research deals with social and psychological linguistics, which are two basic branches of modern general linguistics, because language is social, because it arises and develops in the arms of society, and psychologically, because it is an expression of the thoughts and feelings that are going on in the mind of man. The research contains the introduction, which contains the importance of non-verbal language, and the presentation of the problem of the subject, substance or structure. It includes two topics: the first research: the identification and concept of some important terms about the study, such as the concept of movement, non-verbal communication, the meaning of the word "etiquette or the language of behavior", languages and codes, and the theory of information. As for the second topic, it deals with the types of bodily movements in the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet and their role in language and speech. ,and includes results and recommendations, and from the results: the human body is an independent human communication system, due to its miraculous communication abilities, it speaks with its body members as it speaks its tongue (reference to verbal and non-verbal language). The body language also appeared in the Noble Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet in the form of signs One of the recommendations is to pay more attention to the language of the body, as it is the only way to express the sincerity of the internal emotions of the individual, as well as to take into account that it is an independent language.
