|a هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في فعالية الأداء الإداري لمعلمات مدارس الثانوية بمحافظة خميس مشيط، وما مدى سرعة الحصول على المعلومة الخاصة بالعمل الإداري والتعليم في المدارس وكيفية أثره مستقبلا في التخطيط والحفاظ على مصادر التعلم، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (123) معلمة في المرحلة الثانوية في مدارس خميس مشيط في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 1443 ه، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج البحثي الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم إعداد استبانة كأداة البحث، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مدارس الثانوية بمحافظة خميس مشيط مرتفع، حيث جاء بمتوسط حسابي (4.03)، ووزن نسبي قدره (80.5%)، وأن دور استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تفعيل الدور الإداري لدى المعلمات بمدارس الثانوية بمحافظة خميس مشيط مرتفع، حيث جاء بمتوسط حسابي (3.73)، ووزن نسبي قدره (74.6%).
|b The study aimed to know the role of information technology in the effectiveness of the administrative performance of secondary school teachers in Khamis Mushait Governorate, and how quickly information about administrative work and education in schools can be obtained, and how it affects the future planning and preservation of learning resources. The study sample consisted of (123) female teachers in the first stage. Secondary school in Khamis Mushait schools in the second semester 1443 AH, and the researcher used the descriptive correlative research method, and a questionnaire was prepared as a research tool. The study reached the following results: The reality of the use of information technology in secondary schools in Khamis Mushait governorate is high, as it came with an arithmetic mean (4.03), and a relative weight of (80.5%), and that the role of using information technology in activating the administrative role of female teachers in secondary schools in Khamis Governorate A high comb, as it came with a mean of (3.73), and a relative weight of (74.6%).
