المستخلص: تطبيق نظام الجودة الشاملة في مجال البحث التربوي من شأنه أن يرتقي بمستوى الباحثين التربويين، فالبحث الحالي يهدف إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لدعم جودة البحث التربوي بكليات التربية في مصر من خلال التعرف على الإطار الفكري لجودة البحث التربوي، الوقوف على أهم معوقات تحقيق جودة البحث التربوي بكليات التربية في مصر، تحديد متطلبات دعم جودة البحث التربوي بكليات التربية في مصر؛ ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة المشكلة. بني البحث على مناقشة عدة نقاط أولا جودة البحث التربوي (إطار فكري) مثل: معايير تقييم البحث التربوي، معايير جودة الإشراف العلمي على الرسائل الجامعية المصرية، ثانيا مناقشة: معوقات جودة البحث التربوي بكليات التربية في مصر والتي تتمثل في عدة معوقات منها: المعوقات الاجتماعية والثقافية، المعوقات الإدارية والتشريعية، ثالثا مناقشة متطلبات دعم جودة البحث التربوي بكليات التربية في مصر، رابعا التصور المقترح لدعم جودة البحث التربوي بكليات التربية في مصر والتي تمثلت في عدة نقاط رئيسية المنطلقات الفكرية للتصور، أهداف التصور المقترح، محاور التصور المقترح والذي يتمثل في عدة آليات تتعلق بمتغيرات تطبيق البحث التربوي، معوقات تطبيق التصور المقترح.

The application of the comprehensive quality system in the field of educational research would enhance the level of educational researchers. The current research aims to present a suggested proposal for supporting the quality of educational research in the faculties of education in Egypt through identifying the intellectual framework for the quality of educational research, determining the most important obstacles to achieving the quality of educational research in faculties Education in Egypt, as well as examining the requirements for sustaining the quality of educational research in the faculties of education in Egypt. To achieve these goals, the descriptive approach is used due to its relevance to the nature of the problem. The research is conducted to deal with several points. Firstly, the current research discusses the quality of educational research (intellectual framework), such as standards for evaluating educational research, standards for the quality of scientific supervision of theses in Egyptian universities. Secondly, the current research examines the obstacles (social and cultural, administrative and legislative) to the quality of educational research in the faculties of education in Egypt. Thirdly, the current research discusses the requirements for sustaining the quality of educational research in the faculties of education in Egypt. Fourthly, the current research suggests a proposal for supporting the quality of educational research in the faculties of education in Egypt. This part of the research deals with the following main points: the intellectual starting-points of the proposal, its objectives, its axes, which are represented in several mechanisms related to the variables of educational research application, as well as the obstacles to applying the suggested proposal.
