المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية التعليم الهجين ومتطلباته، والكشف عن أسباب اللجوء إلى استخدام التعليم الهجين، وأيضا الوقوف على تأثير جائحة كورونا على الطلاب ذوي الهمم، وكذلك إبراز دور التعليم الهجين في التمكين المعرفي للطلاب ذوي الهمم بالإضافة إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة للإسهام في التمكين المعرفي للطلاب ذوي الهمم من خلال التعليم الهجين. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استعانت باستمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (30) طالب وطالبة من المترددين على المركز التكنولوجي للمكفوفين بجامعة كفر الشيخ. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن أهم دور للتعليم الهجين في التمكين المعرفي للطلاب المكفوفين هو توفير البرامج التعليمية والوسائل التكنولوجية المناسبة لهم، وتحقيق التواصل بين الطلاب أنفسهم وبين المعلمين في ظل جائحة كورونا، ويكسب الطلاب مهارات متقدمة في التفكير الإبداعي، وزيادة دافعية الطلاب وإقبالهم على التعليم، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن أهم المقترحات هي عمل دورات تخصصية لتأهيل المكفوفين على كيفية التعامل مع المنصة الإلكترونية والحاسب الآلي، وأيضا العمل على توفير مناهج إلكترونية وتطبيقات للطلاب المكفوفين لزيادة التحصيل الدراسي، بالإضافة إلى عمل محاضرات توعية للطلاب المكفوفين لدافعية التعلم الهجين، وتحسين جودة الإنترنت.

The study aimed to identify the nature of hybrid Learning and its requirements, and to reveal the reasons for resorting to the use of hybrid learning, as well as to stand on the impact of the Corona pandemic on students of determination, as well as highlighting the role of hybrid learning in cognitive empowerment of students with determination in addition to developing a proposed vision to contribute to cognitive empowerment For Students with Special needs through hybrid learning. The study used the descriptive analytical method, as well as the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and it was applied to a sample of (30) male and female students who attended the Technological Center for the Blind at Kafrelsheikh University. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the most important role of hybrid education in cognitive empowerment of blind students is to provide educational programs and appropriate technological means for them, and to achieve communication between students themselves and teachers in light of the Corona pandemic, and students gain advanced skills in creative thinking, and increase students’ motivation and their interest in education,The results also indicated that the most important suggestions are Conducting specialized courses to rehabilitate the blind on how to deal with the electronic platform and the computer, and also work to provide electronic curricula and applications for blind students to increase academic achievement, in addition to conducting awareness lectures for blind students for the motivation of hybrid learning, and improving the quality of the Internet.
