المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مستوى الشعور بالإنهاك النفسي وعلاقته بمركز الضبط لدى معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية وكذلك التعرف على معنوية الفروق في مستوى الإنهاك النفسي ومركز الضبط الأتية: 1-مستوى الإنهاك النفسي لدى معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة. 2-مستوى مركز الضبط لدى معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة. 3-العلاقة الارتباطية بين الإنهاك النفسي وبمركز الضبط. 4-الفرق في العلاقة بين الإنهاك النفسي ومركز الضبط لدى معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور -إناث). "وقد تألفت عينة البحث الأساسية من (400) معلمي ومعلمات اختيروا بطريقة العينة العشوائية. أما الأدوات المستخدمة في البحث الحالي": 1-استعمال الباحث مقياس الإنهاك النفسي قام الباحث بتبن مقياس (ثورندايك، 1936) إذ يتمتع المقياس بالخصائص السايكومترية، من صدق بنوعيه الظاهري والبنائي، أما الثبات حسب جوتمان وألفاكرونباخ". 2-استعمال الباحث مقياس مركز الضبط قام الباحث بتبن مقياس لـ(روتر، 1982) حيث تم استخراج أنواعا من الصدق: منها الصدق الظاهري، والصدق البنائي، الثبات". النتائج: هناك مستوى عال من الإنهاك النفسي ومركز الضبط وهناك علاقة دالة بينهما، وتم تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.

The present study aimed to identify the level of feelings of psychological exhaustion and its relationship to the control center of primary school teachers as well as to identify the significance of the differences in the level of psychological exhaustion and the following control center: 1- The level of psychological exhaustion of the stage teachers. 2-The level of the control center for the stage teachers. 3-The correlation between psychological exhaustion and the control center. 4-The difference in the relationship between psychological exhaustion and the control center of primary school teachers according to the gender variable (male - female). The main research sample consisted of (400) male and female teachers selected by the random sampling method. As for the tools used in the current research: 1 -The researcher's use of the psychological exhaustion scale, the researcher has adopted a scale for (Thorndike, 1936), as the scale has psychometric properties, from the validity of both the outward and structural types, as for the stability according to Gottman and Avakronbach. 2- The researcher's use of the control center scale. The researcher adopted a scale of (Rotter, 1982), in which types of honesty were extracted: among them are apparent honesty, constructive validity, and consistency. Results: There is a high level of psychological exhaustion and the center of control, and there is a significant relationship between them, and some recommendations and suggestions were presented.
