المستخلص: تسعى المؤسسات إلى تطبيق التحول الرقمي باعتباره اتجاها جديدا يساعدها على تحسين بيئة العمل وسرعة الاستجابة للمستفيدين. غير أن تطبيق التحول الرقمي يحتاج إلى تهيئة المناخ الإداري للمؤسسة والتحكم في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات بها. لذلك تعتبر حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات هي المحدد الرئيس لنجاح التحول الرقمي بالمؤسسات، حيث تعمل حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات على تعزيز الاستخدام الكفء والفعال لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات الربحية وغير الربحية، كما أن الحوكمة تحدد مسئولية كل فرد وتقيم الأداء وفقا لعدة مبادئ. وتعد المعايير هي الأساس المهم الذي يتم أداء العمل وفقا له، لذلك قامت الدراسة بتحديد دور حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في دعم التحول الرقمي من خلال تحليل المعيار الدولي أيزو (٢٠١٥/ 38500: حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات) حيث يقدم المعيار مبادئ وتعريفات ونموذجا للمؤسسات، لاستخدامه عند تقييم وتوجيه ومراقبة استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات (IT)، كما يساعد المعيار القيادة التنظيمية على فهم التزاماتهم القانونية والتنظيمية والأخلاقية والوفاء بها فيما يتعلق باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات داخل المؤسسة. وتتناول الدراسة مفهوم التحول الرقمي وأبعاده، وتحليل معيار الأيزو (٢٠١٥/ ٣٨٥٠٠: حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات)، كما تشير الدراسة إلى دور الأرشيفي في نجاح حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسات ومن ثم التحول الرقمي.

Institutions try to implement digital transformation as a new trend that helps them to improve the work environment and the speed of response to client However, the implementation of digital transformation needs to create the administrative climate for the institution and control the use of information technology in it. Therefore, information technology governance is the main dimension of the success of digital transformation in organizations, Information technology governance promotes the efficient and effective use of information technology in profitable and non-profit organizations. Governance determines the responsibility of each individual and evaluates performance according to several principles. Standards are the valuable basis on which work is performed. Therefore, the study determined the role of information technology governance in supporting digital transformation by analyzing the international standard (ISO 38500/2015: Information technology governance in organizations), where it provides a standard of principles, definitions and a model for institutions, to be used When evaluating, directing and monitoring the use of information technology (IT), the standard also helps organizational leadership to understand and fulfill their legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations regarding the use of information technology within the organization. The study deals with the concept of digital transformation and its dimensions and analyzes the standard (ISO 2015/38500: Information Technology Governance in institutions). The study also explains the role of the archivist in the success of information technology governance in organizations, and then digital transformation.
