|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الإدارة الجامعية في تطبيق الأساليب الإدارية للتطوير المؤسسي في الجامعات الأردنية في ظل التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر القادة الأكاديميين (العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام)، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (170) قائدا أكاديميا، وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن دور الإدارة الجامعية في تطبيق الأسس الإدارية للتطوير المؤسسي في الجامعات الأردنية في ظل التعليم عن بعد جاءت بدرجة تقدير كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس، وجاء لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر متغيرات نوع الجامعة، والرتبة الأكاديمية، والكلية، أوصت الدراسة إلى أهمية وضوح الآليات المستخدمة وتنفيذ إشراف مستمر وفعال للتوصل إلى تطبيق حقيقي للأسس الإدارية في تطوير المؤسسي وتنميتها وإحداث التغير الإيجابي لها، والتقييد بضوابطه والسعي لتحقيق أهدافه المؤسسة.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of university administration in the application of administra¬tive foundations for institutional development in Jordanian universities in light of distance educa¬tion from the point of view of academic leaders, and the descriptive survey approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (170) academic leaders, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool. The results of the study showed: The role of university administration in applying administra¬tive methods for institutional development in Jordanian universities in light of distance education came to a large degree of appreciation, and the results also showed statistically significant differ¬ences due to the impact of the gender variable, and it came in favor of females, and there are no differences attributable to the impact of The variables of the university type, academic rank, and college, the study recommended the importance of clarity of the mechanisms used and the imple¬mentation of continuous and effective supervision to reach a real application of the administrative foundations in the development and development of the institution and bring about positive change to it, and the adherence to its controls and the pursuit of the objectives of the institution.
