المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تأثير برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية في بناء وتنمية شخصية الطفل من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الأساسية في مديرية عمان الأولى. تم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية بلغ عددها (٣١٥) معلمة من المجتمع الكلي الذي بلغ عدده (١٥٩٤) معلمة. تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (٤٠) فقرة موزعة على جوانب أربعة هي: الجانب المعرفي العقلي، والجانب الانفعالي، والجانب الاجتماعي والجانب اللغوي. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تأثير برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية في جوانب شخصية الطفل تتضح بدرجة متوسطة حيث أوضحت النتائج أن الجانب المعرفي العقلي حصل على أعلى درجة مقارنة مع الجوانب الأخرى وقد بلغت (٣,٥٠). وتبعه الجانب اللغوي، ثم الجانب الاجتماعي أما الجانب الانفعالي فقد حصل على أدنى درجة حيث بلغت (٢,٧٢). كما أظهرت النتائج أن برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية تثير حب الاستطلاع عند الأطفال وتسهم في إكسابهم الأفكار المتنوعة والتفكير الناقد، وتعزز لديهم الخيال والتأمل، وتعمل على زيادة حصيلتهم اللغوية وتسهم فـي إثراء ثقافتهم. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة متابعة المادة المعرفية التي يتلقاها الطفل والعمل على تنقيتها وغربلتها من خلال إنشاء مركز إعلامي عربي خاص بشؤون الطفل.

The study aimed to find out the degree of influence of children's television programs on building and developing the child's personality from the point of view of the primary stage teachers in Amman First Directorate. A stratified random sample of (315) female teachers was selected from the total population of (1594) female teachers. A questionnaire was developed consisting of (40) items distributed on four aspects: the cognitive-mental aspect, the emotional aspect, the social aspect and the linguistic aspect. The results showed that the degree of influence of children's television programs on aspects of the child's personality is evident to a moderate degree, as the results showed that the cognitive and mental aspect obtained the highest degree compared to other aspects, which amounted to (3.50). It was followed by the linguistic aspect , then the social aspect. As for the emotional aspect, it got the lowest score, which amounted to (2.72). The results also showed that children's television programs arouse curiosity in children and contribute to providing them with diverse ideas and critical thinking, and enhance their imagination and meditation, and work to increase their linguistic output and contribute to enriching their culture .The study recommended the necessity of following up the knowledge material received by the child and working to purify and filter it through the establishment of an Arab media center for children's affairs.
