|a تناولت الدراسة دور التحليل الاستراتيجي الإداري والمالي في تحسين أداء المنظمة. دراسة ميدانية على أحد الجامعات الخاصة في السودان. وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: أن تطبيق التحليل الاستراتيجي الإداري والمالي قد ساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين أداء المنظمة مما انعكس بشكل كبير على تحسين موقع المنظمة واستمراريتها نحو بلوغ أهدافها، وقد أوضح البحث ضرورة توفر المقومات اللازمة لضمان تنفيذ التحليل الاستراتيجي من خلال إنشاء تنظيم إداري ومهني متكامل يقوم على أسس متينة وذات كفاءة. أهم توصيات الدراسة: ضرورة تعميق المفاهيم والالتزام بالتحليل الاستراتيجي من خلال عقد الدورات التدريبية التأهيلية اللازمة والعمل على متابعة تحديث وتطوير التطبيقات السليمة لذلك، وضرورة قيام لجنة متخصصة مشكله لهذا الغرض بمتابعة تطبيقات مبادئ وقواعد التحليل الاستراتيجي والضوابط المرتبطة به، والعمل على نشر مفهوم وثقافة التحليل الاستراتيجي بشكل أوسع لدى كافة الأطراف ذات العلاقة وإصدار النشرات والتعليمات التي تعكس ذلك الأمر، والالتزام بقواعدها ومبادئها في المنظمات من أجل بلوغ أهدافها المنشودة.
|b The study dealt with the role of strategic, administrative and financial analysis in improving the performance of the organization, a field study on a private university in Sudan. The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) was used to analyze data and test hypotheses. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were: The application of strategic, administrative and financial analysis has greatly contributed to improving the performance of the organization, which has been greatly reflected in improving the organization's position and continuity towards achieving its goals. The research showed the necessity of providing the necessary ingredients to ensure the implementation of strategic analysis through the establishment of an integrated administrative and professional organization based on solid and efficient foundations. The most important recommendations of the study: The necessity of deepening concepts and commitment to strategic analysis through holding the necessary qualifying training courses and working to follow up the updating and development of sound applications for this, and the need for a specialized committee formed for this purpose to follow up the applications of the principles and rules of strategic analysis and the controls associated with it, and work to spread the concept and culture of strategic analysis More broadly with all relevant parties, issuing bulletins and instructions that reflect that, and adhering to its rules and principles in organizations in order to achieve its desired goals.
