|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة نقل الخبرة الإدارية في ظل جائحة كورونا وأثرها على جودة التعليم في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة عجلون من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفين التربويين في محافظة عجلون والبالغ عددهم (31) مشرفا ومشرفة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (31) مشرفا ومشرفة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المسحية، وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة نقل الخبرة الإدارية في ظل جائحة كورونا في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة عجلون من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.45)، وأن مستوى جودة التعليم في ظل جائحة كورونا في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة عجلون من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين جاء متوسطا وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.28)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لنقل الخبرة الإدارية في ظل جائحة كورونا على جودة التعليم في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة عجلون.
|b The study aimed to identify the degree of transferring administrative expertise in light of the Corona pandemic and its impact on the quality of education in public schools in Ajloun Governorate from the Educational Supervisors Point of View. The study used the descriptive survey method. The sample consisted of (31) supervisors who were chosen by the survey method, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The results of the study showed that the degree of the practice of transferring administrative expertise in light of the Corona pandemic in public schools in the Ajloun governorate from the educational supervisors point of view was medium with an average of (3.45), and the level of education quality in light of the Corona pandemic in public schools in the Ajloun governorate from the educational supervisors point of view was medium, with an average of (3.28), and the results indicated that there was a statistically significant effect of transferring administrative experience in light of Corona pandemic on the quality of education in public schools in Ajloun Governorate.
