المستخلص: وقد هدف البحث إلى تحديد الآثار الاقتصادية الناجمة عن تطوير بعض مراكز الشباب على فئات العضوية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وبلغت عينة البحث (80) مفردة، واستخدم البحث المسح المرجعي والمقابلة الشخصية المفتوحة واستمارة استطلاع الرأي كأدوات لجمع البيانات، ومن أهم استخلاصات البحث. -تطوير بعض مراكز الشباب له العديد من التأثيرات الإيجابية وخاصة فيما يتعلق بتطوير (البنية التحتية/ المنشآت الرياضية.. وغيرها). -تطوير بعض مراكز الشباب له العديد من التأثيرات السلبية وخاصة فيما يتعلق بزيادة قيمة اشتراك (الاشتراك لأول مرة/ الاشتراك الجديد) العضوية بها، وكذلك زيادة قيمة الاشتراك السنوي، وارتفاع مقابلة أكثر الخدمات والأنشطة المقدمة، وذلك حتى تسترد وزارة الشباب والرياضة رأس المال المدفوع في هذا التطوير مع تحقيق ربح مالي مناسب (ملائم للمصروفات المدفوعة في هذا التطوير). -تطوير بعض مراكز الشباب قد يؤدي إلى أن يقتصر اشتراك (الاشتراك لأول مرة/ الاشتراك الجديد) العضوية بها على الفئات العالية (الأغنياء/ أصحاب الدخل العالي) والتي كان مخطط لها الاشتراك في الأندية الرياضية بما يتناسب مع مستوى الدخل لهذه الفئات، الأمر الذي قد يعني أن الفئات التي سوف تستفيد من هذا التطوير فئات مغايرة تماما للفئات المستهدفة من الاشتراك في مراكز الشباب. -تطوير بعض مراكز الشباب قد يؤدي إلى إضعاف حق أصيل من حقوق بعض فئات المجتمع في ممارسة الأنشطة المختلفة؛ حيث قد لا يناسب هذه الفئات ارتفاع قيمة العضويات الجديدة ومقابلة الخدمات والأنشطة الناجمة عن تطوير بعض مراكز الشباب، وهو ما قد يؤثر على تركيبة العضوية بهذه المراكز (التأثير الديموجرفي)، وهذا كله ضد فلسفة ومفهوم وأهداف وأدوار مراكز الشباب، ومن أهم توصيات البحث. -ضرورة وأهمية إلا تتخلى وزارة الشباب والرياضة عن الاهتمام بمراكز الشباب (تكوينها /إنشائها/ تمويلها/ إدارتها.. وغيرها) باعتبارها إحدى أهم آلياتها في توفير الأماكن المناسبة لبعض فئات المجتمع لممارسة الأنشطة المختلفة. -ضرورة وأهمية قيام وزارة الشباب والرياضة بالتوسع في تطوير مراكز الشباب ولكن بالقدر الذي يناسب مستوي دخل الأعضاء بها أو المترددين عليها أو المستفيدين منها (اشتراك العضوية/ مقابل الأنشطة والخدمات.. وغيرها)، وبما يتناسب مع الفئات المستهدفة من الاشتراك فيها ولا يؤثر على طبيعتها.

The research aimed to determine the economic effects resulting from the development of some youth centers on the membership categories, and the research used the descriptive approach, and the research sample amounted to (80) single, and the research used the reference survey, the open personal interview, and a survey form Opinion as tools for data collection. The most important conclusions of the research: -The development of some youth centers has many positive effects, especially with regard to the development of (infrastructure / sports facilities .. and others). - The development of some youth centers has many negative effects, especially with regard to increasing the subscription value (first time subscription / new subscription) membership in them, as well as increasing the value of the annual subscription, and increasing the price of most services and activities provided, until the Ministry of Youth recovers And sports the paid-up capital in this development with an appropriate financial profit (appropriate to the expenses paid in this development). -The development of some youth centers may lead to the (first-time subscription/new subscription) being limited to high-income groups (the rich/high-income) that were planned to participate in sports clubs in proportion to the income level of these groups, which It may mean that the groups that will benefit from this development are completely different from the target groups for participating in youth centers. The development of some youth centers may lead to the weakening of the inherent right of some groups of society to engage in various activities; As the high value of new memberships and the services and activities resulting from the development of some youth centers may not be appropriate for these groups, which may affect the composition of membership in these centers (the demographic impact), and all this is against the philosophy, concept, goals and roles of youth centers. The most important recommendations of the research. -The necessity and importance of the Ministry of Youth and Sports not abandoning the interest in youth centers (their formation / establishment / financing / management .. and others) as one of its most important mechanisms in providing suitable places for some groups of society to practice various activities. -The necessity and importance for the Ministry of Youth and Sports to expand the development of youth centers, but to the extent that suits the income level of its members, those who frequent them, or those who benefit from them (membership subscription / in exchange for activities and services..etc.), and in proportion to the target groups of Participation in it and does not affect its nature.
