|a هدف البحث إلى إعداد تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المرشد الأكاديمي بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط في ضوء التحول الرقمي، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث اعتمدت الباحثة على استبيان تفعيل دور المرشد الأكاديمي بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط في ضوء التحول الرقمي من وجهه نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا: دراسة ميدانية بمحاور ثلاثة تضمنت (60) عبارة للتعرف إلى: واقع الدور التربوي المنوط به المرشد الأكاديمي من وجه نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط، والمعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل الدور التربوي المنوط به المرشد الأكاديمي من وجه نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط، والحلول المقترحة لمواجهة المعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل الدور التربوي المنوط به المرشد الأكاديمي من وجه نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٣٠٠) طالبة بمرحلة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن: آراء عينة طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط حول واقع الدور التربوي المنوط به المرشد الأكاديمي في اتجاه الاستجابة (غير موافق) حيث: توافر جو ودى للتواصل بين المرشد والطالب، أشعر بوجود تجديد أو تحديث دائم في خبرة/ المرشد الأكاديمي، ويوزع نموذج للإرشاد الأكاديمي على الطلاب في بداية التسجيل يوضح {ماهيته- أهميته- آليته}. أيضا جاءت نتائج آراء عينة طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط حول المعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل الدور التربوي المنوط به المرشد الأكاديمي في اتجاه الموافقة على الاستجابة (موافق) حيث: عدم توافر مناخ إرشادي وهي بين المرشد والطالب، تكليف أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأعمال إدارية، وزيادة عدد الطلاب عن (20) لكل عضو هيئة التدريس مما يؤثر سلبا على التواصل بين المرشد الطالب. كما تنوعت الحلول المقترحة لمواجهة المعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل الدور التربوي المنوط به المرشد الأكاديمي من وجه نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة دمياط فيما بين: (عقد برامج توعية للطلاب بأهمية متابعة ساعات الإرشاد الأكاديمي {فلسفته وآلياته وتنفيذه}.) وإقامة برامج ترفيهية {رحلات - حفلات - مسابقات} تقوى من خلالها الروابط والعلاقات الاجتماعية بين المرشد الأكاديمي والطلاب، وتقديم استطلاع رأى دوري للطلاب للتعرف على انطباعهم عن أنشطة الإرشاد الأكاديمي بشكل عام. وقد أوصت الدراسة بعده توصيات منها: إصدار القرارات والتشريعات التي تحدد عمل المرشد الأكاديمي وأدواره ومهامه وساعات العمل التي يقوم بها في الإرشاد من قبل المسئولين بالجامعة، وبرامج توعية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وللطلاب الجامعيين ترشدهم إلى أهمية المرشد الأكاديمي وطبيعة عمله.
|b The aim of the research is to prepare a proposed scenario to activate the role of the academic advisor at the Faculty of Education, Damietta University in light of the digital transformation. A fieldwork with three axes that included (60) phrases to identify: the reality of the educational role entrusted to the academic advisor from the point of view of graduate students in the Faculty of Education, Damietta University, and the obstacles that prevent the activation of the educational role entrusted to the academic advisor from the point of view of graduate students in the Faculty of Education, Damietta University And the proposed solutions to confront the obstacles that prevent the activation of the educational role entrusted to the academic advisor from the point of view of postgraduate students at the Faculty of Education, Damietta University. The study sample consisted of (300) postgraduate students at the Faculty of Education, Damietta University, and the results of the study showed that: The views of the sample of graduate students in the Faculty of Education, Damietta University about the reality of the educational role entrusted to the academic advisor in the direction of response (disagree), where: The availability of a friendly atmosphere In order to communicate between the advisor and the student, I feel that there is a permanent renewal or update in the academic advisor’s experience, and a form of academic guidance is distributed to students at the beginning of registration explaining {what it is- its importance- its mechanism}. Which prevents activating the educational role entrusted to the academic advisor in the direction of agreeing to the response (Agree), as: the lack of a friendly guiding atmosphere between the advisor and the student, assigning faculty members to administrative work, and increasing the number of students to (20) for each faculty member, which negatively affects On communication between the mentor and the student. The proposed solutions to confront the obstacles that prevent the activation of the educational role entrusted to the academic advisor varied from the point of view of the postgraduate students at the Faculty of Education, Damietta University, including: {Trips- Parties- Competitions} through which the bonds and social relations between the academic advisor and students are strengthened, and a periodic opinion poll is provided to students to get to know their impression of the academic advisory activities in general. The study made several recommendations, including: issuing decisions and legislation that define the academic advisor’s work, roles, tasks and working hours in counseling by university officials, and awareness programs for faculty members and university students guiding them to the importance of the academic advisor and the nature of his work.
