المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة بالأندية الطلابية ببعض الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر المشرفين؛ وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفين على الأندية الطلابية؛ واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (٩٠) فرد منهم لتمثيل مجتمع الدراسة؛ واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبانة؛ وتضمنت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: أن واقع تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة بالأندية الطلابية ببعض الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر المشرفين جاء بدرجة (ضعيفة) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وأن "معوقات تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة بالأندية الطلابية ببعض الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر المشرفين" جاءت بدرجة (عالية) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وأن "سبل التغلب على معوقات تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة بالأندية الطلابية ببعض الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر المشرفين" جاءت بدرجة (عالية) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة؛ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في آراء أفرد عينة البحث حول محاور الاستبانة والدرجة الكلية طبقا إلى اختلاف متغيري الجنس وعدد سنوات الخبرة؛ وتضمنت توصيات الدراسة الآتي: ضرورة إسهام القيادات الجامعية في دعم مشاركة الطلاب في الحوكمة بالأندية الطلابية الجامعية؛ وتطوير نظام للمكافآت والعقوبات، يختص بمحاسبة العاملين بالأندية الطلابية الجامعية على مدى تقدمهم في تطوير وأداء الأعمال المنوطة بهم؛ وضرورة تهيئة البيئة المادية والإنسانية التي تتلاءم مع متطلبات تنفيذ حوكمة الأندية الطلابية بالجامعات في مؤسسات التعليم العالي.

This study aimed to identify the reality of applying the principles of governance in student clubs in some Saudi universities from the point of view of supervisors. The study population shall consist of all supervisors of student clubs; The study sample included (90) of them to represent the study population; The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and data was collected using a questionnaire; The results of the study included the following: that the reality of applying the principles of governance in student clubs in some Saudi universities from the supervisors' point of view came to a (weak) degree from the point of view of the study sample members, and that "the obstacles to applying the principles of governance in student clubs in some Saudi universities from the supervisors' point of view" came at a degree of ( High) from the point of view of the study sample members, and that ''the ways to overcome the obstacles to applying the principles of governance in student clubs in some Saudi universities from the supervisors' point of view'' came with a (high) degree from the point of view of the study sample members; There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the opinions of the individual research sample about the axes of the questionnaire and the total degree according to the difference of the gender variables and the number of years of experience; The recommendations of the study included the following: the need for university leaders to contribute to supporting students' participation in the governance of university student clubs; developing a system of rewards and penalties, which is concerned with holding university student clubs accountable for their progress in developing and performing the work assigned to them; And the need to create a physical and human environment that is compatible with the requirements of implementing the governance of student clubs in universities in institutions of higher education.
