المستخلص: تعتبر عملية متابعة وتقييم مشروعات المنظمات بمثابة صمام الأمان لضمان استمرارية واستدامة هذه المشروعات إلا أنها قد تتعرض للفشل وعدم الاستمرارية بسبب ضعف الاهتمام بعمليتي المتابعة والتقييم خلال دورة حياة المشروعات مما يترتب عليه ضياع كثيرا من الجهد والوقت والمال. هدف البحث إلى توضيح أهمية المتابعة والتقييم لمشروعات المنظمات ودورها في رفع قدرات جمعيات مهن الإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني وتسليط الضوء على مفهوم المتابعة والتقييم وتوضيح أهدافه وأهميته في رفع قدرات مهن الإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني من خلال دورة حياة المتابعة والتقييم. وقد تم إجراء البحث على مجموعة من العاملين بمنظمة التواكي وجمعيات مهن الإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني لإبراز الدور الذي يمكن للمتابعة والتقييم أن تقوم به في عملية رفع قدراتهم من خلال دور حياة المتابعة والتقييم. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها وجود علاقة بين أدوات المتابعة والتقييم ورفع قدرات مهن الإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني وعلاقة بين المتابعة والتقييم وإمكانية رؤيا المشاكل المتعلقة بمشروعات الإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني من زوايا مختلفة واقتراح الحلول لها وإعطاء بيانات دقيقة على درجة من الصحة وبالسرعة المطلوبة بالإضافة إلى أن هناك علاقة قوية تؤكد الارتباط الوثيق بين المتابعة والتقييم ورفع قدرات مهن الإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني.

The process of monitoring and evaluating organizations’ projects is considered a safety valve to ensure the continuity and sustainability of these projects, but they may be subject to failure and discontinuity due to the lack of interest in the follow-up and evaluation processes during the project life cycle, which results in a waste of a lot of effort, time and money. The aim of the research is to clarify the importance of follow-up and evaluation for the projects of organizations and their role in raising the capacities of the associations of agricultural and animal production professions and to shed light on the concept of follow-up and evaluation and to clarify its objectives and importance in raising the capabilities of agricultural and animal production professions through the follow-up and evaluation life cycle. The research was conducted on a group of workers in Al-Tawaki Organization and associations of agricultural and animal production professions to highlight the role that follow-up and evaluation can play in the process of raising their capabilities through the follow-up and evaluation life cycle. The research reached several results, most notably the existence of a relationship between follow-up and evaluation tools and raising the capabilities of agricultural and animal production professions and a relationship between follow-up and evaluation and the possibility of seeing problems related to agricultural and animal production projects from different angles and proposing solutions to them and giving accurate data on a degree of health and the required speed in addition to that there is a relationship Strong confirms the close link between monitoring and evaluation and raising the capabilities of agricultural and animal production professions.
