المستخلص: Tribes area in Northwest Pakistan is one of the most troubled parts on earth. It is a fertile environment for growing Activities of extremist groups and factions, since it is one of the most rugged mountainous areas in the world as well as the harsh climate in that area makes it difficult to reach and pursue these extremist groups and elements in such difficult circumstances and climate. Therefore, it was necessary to study and analyze the historical, political and social aspects of that region in order to find out the nature of it as well as the circumstances and influences surrounding the tribes living there, and the administrative division of that tribal area and its regime, as well as its customs and traditions.
