المستخلص: The economic reforms undertaken to reinforce the mechanisms of the market economy raise the problem of financing the health sector. In this period of economic crisis and restructuring, Algeria is trying to control social expenditure, particularly health expenditure. The progressive disengagement of the state on the financial level affects the definition of the health policy to be followed and pushes for the emergence and the extension of the private sector of the profit-making care especially in its component "private clinics" thus putting an end to the hegemony during three decades of the public sector. We propose, within the framework of this work, to revisit the reality of the health sector in Algeria, of the Algerian health system by mobilizing theoretical arrangements of the new public management and the economy of the innovation in the service in its variant of the public-private partnerships (PPP).

Les réformes économiques engagées visant à renforcer les mécanismes de l’économie de marché posent le problème du financement du secteur de la santé. En cette période de crise et de restructuration économiques, l’Algérie tente de maîtriser les dépenses sociales et notamment celles de santé. Le désengagement progressif de l’Etat sur le plan financier affecte la définition de la politique de santé à suivre et pousse à l’émergence et l’extension du secteur privé des soins à but lucratif surtout dans sa composante «cliniques privées» mettant ainsi fin à l’hégémonie pendant trois décennies du secteur public. Nous nous proposons, dans le cadre de ce travail de revisiter la réalité du secteur de la santé en Algérie, du système de santé algérien en mobilisant des arrangements théoriques du nouveau management public et de l’économie de l’innovation dans les service dans sa variante des partenariats public-privé (PPP) .
