المستخلص: تنظر المجتمعات إلي ميدان التربية والتعليم إنه القوة الدافعة في رقي وتقدم الأمم، فالتربية سمة العصر، وبدون فاعلية النظام التعليمي لا يتحقق للدول أهدافها وطموحاتها ففي ظل هذه الحركة الدائمة والمتجددة يظهر دور التربية والتعليم، وتزداد الحاجة لإيجاد نظم وأساليب جديدة متجددة ومتطورة للارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية بكل عناصرها، سواء الطالب أم المعلم أم المدير أم المشرف التربوي، وذلك للعمل على زيادة فاعلية وأداء ورفع مستوي إنتاجهم، ولكي تؤتي التربية ثمارها تحتاج إلى إشراف فاعل ينظم نشاطها، وينسق جهود أفرادها لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، لذلك كان هناك اهتمام كبير في المجال التربوي بقيمة الإشراف التربوي عموما وتوجيه سير العمل لبلوغ أهدافه المنشودة خصوصا ولذا هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للإشراف المتنوع وأنواعه وإيجابياته وسلبياته، معرفة متطلبات تطبيق الإشراف المتنوع لتطوير نظام الإشراف التربوي في مصر، الوقوف على دور الإشراف المتنوع في حال تطبيقه في تطوير نظام الإشراف التربوي في مصر من وجهة نظر المشرفين، التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير نظام الإشراف التربوي في مصر على ضوء اتجاه الإشراف المتنوع.

Societies view the field of education as the driving force in the advancement and progress of nations. Education is a feature of the times, and without the effectiveness of the educational system, states will not achieve their goals and aspirations. In light of this permanent and renewed movement, the role of education appears, and the need to find new, renewed and advanced systems and methods to improve the educational process in all Its components, whether the student, the teacher, the principal or the educational supervisor, in order to work to increase the effectiveness and performance and raise the level of their production, In order for education to bear fruit, it needs effective supervision that regulates its activities and coordinates the efforts of its members to achieve the desired goals. Therefore, there was great interest in the educational field in the value of educational supervision in general and directing the workflow to achieve its desired goals in particular, Therefore, the research aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of diverse supervision and its types, pros and cons, to know the requirements for applying diverse supervision to develop the educational supervision system in Egypt, to stand on the role of diverse supervision if applied in developing the educational supervision system in Egypt from the supervisors’ point of view, to arrive at a proposed conception To develop the educational supervision system in Egypt in light of the diversified direction of supervision.
