المستخلص: فيعد خبر الواحد من المسائل التي كثر فيها اختلاف الفرق، وشبهات أهل الأهواء، منذ القرون الأولى، مع أنه أصل السنة النبوية، وقد تصدى أهل العلم والإيمان لهؤلاء منذ ظهورهم، ويعتبر الإمام الشافعي -رحمه الله- أول من فصل في مجادلتهم، والاحتجاج عليهم في كثير من كتبه، فكانت دراسة كلامه في تأصيل حجية خبر الواحد، وتحليله، واستخرج مسالكه المنهجية ضرورة لا بد منها، وقد كشف البحث عن أربعة مسالك اتضحت للباحث من خلال التأمل في كلام الشافعي، وهي مسلك الاستقراء، والارتباط، والانضباط، والتفصيل. - أصيل.

Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet, Khabar Al Wahed is among the issues in which the difference between sects and the suspicions of the people of personal inclination have increased, since the first centuries after Prophet Mohammed’s death (PBUH), even though it is the origin of the Prophetic Sunnah. However, the people of knowledge and faith have confronted those people since their appearance. However, the people of knowledge and faith have confronted those people since their appearance. Imam Al-Shafi’i, may God have mercy on him, is considered the first to elaborate on their argument and protest against them in many of his books. So, studying his words in proving the authenticity of the aforementioned hadiths, analyzing them, and extracting their methodological methods is an inevitable necessity. The deep research in Imam al Shafi’s books revealed four methods that are the method of inquiry, correlation, discipline, and detail.
