المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في برامج الدمج التربوي بمدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة المجمعة من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم خلال جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-١٩) في ضوء عدد من المتغيرات. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء أداة لمعرفة مستوى الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم مكونة من (٢٥) فقرة، يقابلها سلم تقدير خماسي: (موافق بشدة، موافق، ليس تماما، غير موافق، غير موافق بشدة). تم التحقق من دلالات صدقها وثباتها بما يتناسب والغرض من الدراسة، في حين تكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٩٥) ولي أمر. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في برامج الدمج من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم قد جاءت بمستوى "مرتفع"، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في مستوى آراء أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة حول الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة عن بعد حسب المتغير، نوع إعاقة الطالب، لصالح الطلبة ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، والطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم. في حين لم تشر النتائج إلى وجود أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح أي من متغيرات الدراسة (جنس الطالب، المرحلة الدراسية، المستوى التعليمي لولي الأمر) قد يؤثر ذلك على مستوى آراء أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة حول الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لأبنائهم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تفعيل خدمات الاستجابة والرد السريع على شكاوى ومقترحات أولياء الأمور تجاه الخدمات المقدمة لأبنائهم ذوي الإعاقة خلال تلقيهم خدمات التعليم عن بعد بما يضمن ديمومة وفاعلية هذه الخدمات، وكذلك أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل ورش العمل والبرامج التوعوية التي تستهدف رفع مستويات الوعي لدى أولياء الأمور باحتياجات الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة وخصائصهم التربوية.

The current study aimed to know the level of educational services provided to students with disabilities in educational integration programs in public education schools in Al Majmaah Governorate from the point of view of their parents during the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) in light of several variables. The study used the descriptive survey method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was built to know the level of educational services provided to students with disabilities from the point of view of their parents, consisting of (25) items, corresponding to a five point scale: (strongly agree, agree, not completely, disagree, disagree Strongly Agree). Its validity and reliability were verified in proportion to the purpose of the study, while the study sample consisted of (295) parents. The results of the study indicated that the level of educational services provided to students with disabilities in the integration programs from the point of view of their parents came at a «high» level, and the results indicated that there were differences in the level of opinions of parents of students with disabilities about educational services provided remotely according to the variable The type of student’s disability, in favor of students with autism spectrum disorder, and students with learning difficulties. While the results did not indicate the presence of any statistically significant differences in favor of any of the study variables (student gender, school stage, parent’s educational level) this may affect the level of opinions of parents of students with disabilities about educational services provided to their children remotely in light of the pandemic. corona. The study recommended working on activating response services and rapid response to complaints and suggestions of parents regarding the services provided to their children with disabilities while receiving distance education services to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of these services.
