|a تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة دور المرأة وكيفية تحقيقها لأهداف التنمية المستدامة، وتقديم رؤية ومقترحات وتوصيات، تساهم في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، والتعرف على مدى اهتمام المرأة بهذا الدور، وتوضيح دورها من حيث القوة والضعف ف محاولة فهم واقع التنمية المستدامة. والتوصل إلى نتائج تساعد في رسم السياسات المستقبلة. اعتمدت الورقة على المنهج التاريخي والوصفي. تناولت الورقة ثلاثة محاور، المحور الأول: دور المرأة في التنمية، وتناول المحور الثاني: أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية والمستدامة، المحور الثالث: الخطط الاستراتيجية لتنمية المرأة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: يساهم تحسين الفرص المتاحة للمرأة في توسيع نطاق التنمية الاقتصادية، وتمكين المرأة اقتصاديا له دورا إيجابيا، تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، والترتيبات الاستراتيجية والخطط التنموية لم تراع كل أوضاع المرأة بالقدر الكافي إزاء تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وضعف التمكين الناجم عن انخفاض نسبة المشاركة في سوق العمل، وقلة فرص العمل المتاحة، وضعف الامكانيات المادية. وأهم التوصيات: العمل على رفع المستوى الثقافي للمرأة بالمجالات الاقتصادية، وذلك بإقامة المؤتمرات والندوات وورش العمل والدورات التدريبية والتأهيلية، وتبادل الخبرات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية واستحداث أنماط جديدة من المهارات في مجالات متعددة لعمل المرأة كالمشاريع التجارية وتقديم الخدمات والاستيراد والتصدير والعمل على خلق فرص عمل جديدة وغير تقليدية، وتوفير كافة الخدمات الاستشارية والادارية والفنية لتكون قادرة على تأسيس وادارة المشاريع والدخول في مجال ريادة الأعمال في العديد من المهن المختلفة.
|b The research paper aims to know the role of women and how to achieve the goals of sustainable development, and to provide a vision, proposals and recommendations that contribute to achieving the sustainable development goals, to identify the extent of women's interest in this role, and to clarify their role in terms of strength and weakness in an attempt to understand the reality of sustainable development. And reaching results that help in formulating future policies. The paper relied on the descriptive historical method. The paper dealt with three axes, the first axis: the role of women in development, the second axis: economic and sustainable development goals, and the third axis: strategic plans for women's development to achieve sustainable development goals. The research reached several results, including: Improving the opportunities available to women contributes to expanding the scope of economic development, and women‘s economic empowerment has a positive role in achieving sustainable development goals, and strategic arrangements and development plans did not take into account all women‘s conditions sufficiently towards achieving sustainable development goals, and the resulting weakness of empowerment As a result of the low participation rate in the labor market, the lack of available job opportunities, and the weakness of financial means. The most important recommendations: Work to raise the cultural level of women in the economic fields, by holding conferences, seminars, workshops, training and qualifying courses, exchanging local, regional and international experiences, and creating new types of skills in multiple areas of women‘s work, such as commercial projects, service provision, import and export, and work to create new and non-working opportunities. Traditional, providing all advisory, administrative and technical services to be able to establish and manage projects and enter the field of entrepreneurship in many different professions.
