|a التطبيع مع الاحتلال هو الاشتراك في أي مشروع أو مبادرة أو نشاط، سواء أكان محليا أم دوليا، مصمم خصيصا للجمع بين فلسطينيين أو عرب وإسرائيليين، ولا يهدف صراحة إلى مقاومة أو فضح الاحتلال وكل أشكال التمييز والاضطهاد الممارس ضد الشعب الفلسطيني. وأهم أشكاله هي تلك النشاطات التي تهدف إلى التعاون في مجالات الحياة، ومنها: العلمية أو الفنية أو المهنية.... بهدف إلى إزالة الحواجز النفسية بين العرب والمحتلين. هذا هو التطبيع الذي كان محظورا منذ بداية الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لفلسطين، ولكنه ظهر بصورة أكثر إيلاما وضررا سنة 2020م بعد التطبيع السياسي بين عدد من الدول العربية والمحتل، وهو ما يعني رفع كافة الحواجز بين الشعوب العربية والمحتلين، ولقد صدر عن الجامعة الدول العربية العديد من القرارات التي تحظر وتحرم التطبيع مع الاحتلال. وبالتالي، فكل دعم مادي أو معنوي يقدم للاحتلال الإسرائيلي لفلسطين من شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري قبل أو أثناء أو بعد ارتكابه جريمة دولية في فلسطيني؛ يعد اشتراكا في هذه الجريمة ويتحمل المسئولية الجنائية والمدنية عنها، والتي عالجها المشرع الدولي في نظام روما للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لسنة 1998م.

The most important of its forms are those activities that aim to cooperate in the fields of life, including: scientific, technical or professional.... with the aim of removing psychological barriers between the Arabs and the occupiers. This is the normalization that has been prohibited since the beginning of the Israeli occupation of Palestine, but it appeared in a more painful and harmful way in the year 2020 AD, after the political normalization between a number of Arab countries and the occupier, which means lifting all barriers between the Arab peoples and the occupiers, and the Arab League issued many decisions prohibiting and forbidding normalization with the occupation.
