| 520 | |b Any literary fact presupposes creators (writers), books (works) and readers (a public). It also constitutes a circuit of exchange that unites well-defined individuals with a more or less anonymous but limited community. According to these three points of the circuit (creators – works – public), there are several ways to explore the literary fact and consequently the study proves to be difficult. Generally, this article is a presentation of Robert Escarpit’s work entitled: The Sociology of Literature. It is based on the concepts that mark this empirical sociology: production, distribution and consumption. And what they generate, such as writer, reader, generation, publication, edition, circuit, and success. |d Tout fait littéraire suppose des créateurs (des écrivains), des livres (des œuvres) et des lecteurs (un public). Il constitue en outre un circuit d’échange qui unit des individus bien définis à une collectivité plus ou moins anonyme mais limitée. Selon ces trois points du circuit (créateurs – œuvres – public), il y a plusieurs voies d’explorer le fait littéraire et par conséquent l’étude s’avère malaisée. Généralement, cet article est une présentation de l’œuvre de Robert Escarpit intitulée : La sociologie de la littérature. Il s’est appuyé sur les concepts qui marquent cette sociologie empirique : production, distribution et consommation. Et de ce qu’ils génèrent tel que : écrivain, lecteur, génération, publication, édition, circuit, et succès. | ||
