المستخلص: هذا البحث حديث عن معالم المنهج الفقهي عند الإمام ابن يونس، وهي: الأمور الظاهرة المتكررة في عدد من المسائل، التي اتخذها الإمام ابن يونس طريقة في البحث الفقهي وبناء الأحكام الشرعية. ويهدف البحث إلى إبراز معالم المنهج الفقهي عند الإمام ابن يونس، عبر المنهج العلمي التحليلي، وذلك بدراسة كلام الإمام ابن يونس، واستنباط معالم منهجه الفقهي منه، وإيراد الشواهد عليها. ومن نتائج البحث: ظهور معالم منهجية كثيرة في كتاب الجامع لمسائل المدونة، سبق إليها الإمام ابن يونس، فحري بطالب العلم أن يفيد منها في بحثه الفقهي. ومن نتائجه: ظهور مصطلحات خاصة بالإمام ابن يونس، يتبين بها دقته في العلم، وورعه في الإبانة عنه، ويترجم بها عن آرائه الفقهية، واجتهاداته العلمية. ومن توصيات البحث: العناية بكتب أئمة السلف والعلماء العاملين؛ قراءة، وتفهما، واستفادة مما فيها من المناهج الفقهية، والمسالك الاستدلالية. ومن توصياته: أهمية العناية بمصطلحات الإمام ابن يونس في كتابه الجامع لمسائل المدونة، جمعا لها، واستقراء لإطلاقاتها، وتجلية لمعانيها. ومن توصياته: الاستفادة مما يمكن أن يستخرج من كتاب الجامع لمسائل المدونة من الأفكار البحثية، في الأطروحات الأكاديمية، والأبحاث العلمية، وأوراق الأعمال في المؤتمرات والندوات.

In this research, he spoke about the features of imam Ibn Younis's doctrinal approach: the recurrent phenomenons in a number of issues, taken by Imam Ibn Younis (a method of doctrinal research and the building of shariah provisions). The research aims to highlight the features of imam Ibn Younis's jurisprudence through the analytical scientific method by studying the words of Imam Ibn Younis, devising the parameters of his jurisprudential approach from him, and obtaining evidence. One of the results of the research is the emergence of several systematic features in the Book of the Mosque for the issues of the Code, to which Imam Ibn Younis (the student of science should benefit from it in his jurisprudential research). One of its consequences is the emergence of terms specific to Imam Ibn Younis (which show his accuracy in science, his goodness in showing him, and his translation of his jurisprudential opinions and scientific jurisprudence). The recommendations of the research include: taking care of the books of imams of the ancestors and working scholars; reading, understanding, and taking advantage of the jurisprudence and inferences. Among his recommendations are the importance of taking care of the terms of Imam Ibn Younis (in his book the whole of the blog issues, in combination with them, extrapolating their releases, and manifesting their gloss. His recommendations include: taking advantage of what can be extracted from the book of the whole of the blog issues from research ideas, in academic thesis, scientific research, and business papers at conferences and seminars.
