|a هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على درجة توافر مبادئ حقوق الطفل في مناهج حقوق الإنسان في المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظات غزة، من وجهة نظر معلمي حقوق الإنسان، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقاموا بإعداد مقياس (استبانة) لمبادئ حقوق الطفل تشتمل على أربعة مبادئ (أو محاور)، وتحتوي على (42) فقرة من الفقرات المنتمية، واستخدم الباحثون الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لإجراء التحليلات الإحصائية اللازمة للبحث. - وقد أظهر البحث عدة نتائج منها: 1. درجة توافر مبادئ حقوق الطفل في مناهج حقوق الإنسان في المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظات غزة، من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بوزن نسبي (76.359%) وهو بدرجة كبيرة. 2. درجة توافر مبادئ حقوق الطفل في مناهج حقوق الإنسان في المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظات غزة، من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت مرتبة تنازليا كما يلي: مبدأ المشاركة بدرجة كبيرة بنسبة (83.576%)، مبدأ مراعاة مصلحة الطفل الفضلى بدرجة كبيرة بنسبة (78.528%)، مبدأ الحياة والبقاء والنماء بدرجة كبيرة بنسبة (77.835%)، مبدأ الحماية بدرجة متوسطة بنسبة (67.314%). - وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحثون بالتالي: 1. إثراء مناهج حقوق الإنسان في المرحلة الابتدائية بمبادئ حقوق الطفل. 2. الاهتمام بتوافر مبدأ الحماية ومبدأ الحياة والبقاء والنماء في مناهج حقوق الإنسان في المرحلة الابتدائية.
|b The aim of this research is to identify the degree to which the principles of children's rights are available in human rights curricula in the primary schools in the Gaza governorates, from the point of view of the human rights teachers. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach and prepared a questionnaire for the principles of children's rights,). The researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to conduct the statistical analysis needed for research. - The research showed several results, including: 1- The degree of availability of the principles of children's rights in the curricula of human rights in the primary stage in the Gaza governorates, from the point of view of the teachers came at a relative weight (76.359%), which is significantly. 2- The degree of availability of the principles of the rights of the child in the human rights curricula at the primary level in the Gaza governorates. From the point of view of the teachers, they were ranked in descending order as follows: The principle of participation by a large percentage (83.576%), the principle of best interests of the child at 78.528% The principle of life, survival and development by 77.835%, the principle of protection by a medium rate (67.314%). - In light of the results of the research, the researchers recommended that: 1- To enrich human rights curricula at the primary level with the principles of children's rights. 2- Concern about the availability of the principle of protection and the principle of life, survival and development in human rights curricula at the primary level
