المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تناول جانب الاتصال اللفظي وغير اللفظي لدى فئة المصابين بمرض الزهايمر بالوسط الإكلينيكي الجزائري مع إظهار نوع الوسائل التعويضية التي تلجأ إليها هذه الفئة. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على تطبيق اختبار TLC والذي يسمح بتقييم دقيق وعلمي لمختلف العمليات المعرفية والبراغماتية للتواصل كما يسمح بتحلل السلوك الخطابي، أعده مجموعة من الباحثين منهم Lefévre, M. Rousseau, Amackouiak وآخرون سنة 2000. ولقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن المصابين بالزهايمر يظهرون بعض الصعوبات في تسمية بعض الصور، وصعوبات في فهم الكلام ونقص في السيولة اللفظية وقد لاحظنا أنه أحيانا لا تكون هناك أي إجابة من طرف الحالة حيث تكتفي بالصمت أو استعمال بعض الوسائل التعويضية كالضحك أو الإشارات اليدوية أو الإماءات الوجهية أو هز الرأس.

Verbal and non verbal communication study at alzheimer patients Our study particularly will cover the incidence of many variables which have not been yet exploited; such as, grammatical class, semantic category and its relation to the verbal and non verbal acts’ performances of the Alzheimers patients. The aim of this research is to study a ten (10) Alzheimer‘s patients’ lexical production. Five females and five males of the ten patients were subject to the test of denomination and discourse adequacy – test of Lillois of communication (T.L.C) (le fevre, M. Rousseau, Amackoulak, 2000), and are taken by the alzheimers diagnosis. The pre morbid linguistic indexes are: subject vocabulary competences, syntactical complexity of inadequate and unidentifiable (neologism, semantic aphasia or phonological and the lack of words). Language disorder is frequent and varried at the tested patients. The object of the works aiming at tracing lines in time to permit to demonstrate that the density criteria of ideas evolution is of lexical and syntactical complexity at Amzheimers constitutes pertinent indexes of precocious diagnosis and sickness evolution.

Nous proposons d’étudier en particulier l’incidence de plusieurs variables, jusqu’à présent inexploitées dans le cadre de la maladie d’Alzheimer: la classe grammaticale, la catégorie sémantique et leurs relations dans les performances des actes verbaux et des actes non verbaux chez le sujet atteint de la maladie d’Alzheimer. Le but de cette recherche est d’étudier la production lexicale de dix (10) patients atteints de maladie d’Alzheimer. Par les épreuves de dénomination et de l’adéquation du discours du test Lillois de communication (T.L.C) (LeFevre, M. Rousseau, Amackoulak, 2000), sur les dix (10) sujets retenus (05 femmes et 05 hommes), un diagnostic d’Alzheimer a été posé. Les indicateurs linguistiques pressentis comme indices pré morbides sont: les compétences des sujets en vocabulaire, la complexité syntaxique et les actes inadéquats non identifiables (néologismes, paraphasies sémantiques ou phonologiques et le manque du mot). Les troubles du langage chez les sujets en question sont fréquents et variés. L’objet des travaux est d’ouvrir des pistes permettant à terme, de démontrer que l’évolution des critères de densité des idées est de complexité lexicale et syntaxique chez l’Alzheimer constituent des indicateurs pertinents de diagnostic précoce et d’évolution de la maladie.
