المستخلص: The new fields of literature promote the anchoring and fictional transmission of historical personalities through the rewriting that generates literary myths. Khlifa Benamara's work is a fertile ground for the mythical emergence of the historical and literary figure of Isabelle Eberhardt. This article is a mythical and intertextual analysis which aims to study the intertextual configurations which are related to the representation effectuated by the writer Khlifa Benamara on both of the historical and literary figures of Isabelle Eberhardt in his workss“ Diary of tan insurgent” and “stories from the south” which are a good mixture of mythical representation and portrayal of the algerian reality.

Les nouveaux champs de la littérature favorisent l’ancrage et la transmission fictionnelle des personnalités historiques par le biais de la réécriture. De ce fait, ces réécritures ont permis l'émergence des mythes littéraires. Par ailleurs, l’oeuvre de Khlifa Benamara est un terrain fécond pour l’émergence mythique de la figure historique et littéraire d'Isabelle Eberhardt.Ainsi, cet article est une analyse mythique et intertextuelle qui vise à étudier les configurations intertextuelles qu'Isabelle Eberhardt a pu inspirer à Khlifa Benamara. Cet écrivain qui a su faire de beaux portraits de cette femme mythique tout en mettant en scène la réalité algérienne dans ses oeuvres Journal d'un insurgé(2005) et Nouvelles du Sud(2014).
