المستخلص: فإن علم التخريج علم جليل القدر، عظيم الأهمية، يربط بين علمين جليلين وهما: علم الفقه، وعلم أصول الفقه. وقد هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على كيفية بناء الفروع الفقهية - التي ذكرها جلال الدين المحلي في شرحه للورقات - على قواعد الورقات الأصول في تقريب أصول الفقه إلى فهم طالبيه؛ إذ الأصل قد لا يفهم إلا عند ربطه بفرعه. وسرت الأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف على المنهج الوصفي، والتحليلي الاستنباطي، وذكرت الأصل وفق صياغة جلال الدين المحلي، وعرفت به، مع التوثيق. ثم ذكرت أقوال أهل العلم فيه مع بيان تحرير محل النزاع، ودليل كل قول مع المناقشة والترجيح، وأعقبتها بالفروع المخرجة على الأصل، مع ذكر الدليل الذي أثر من خلاله الأصل بالفرع، مع ربط الفرع الفقهي بالأصل، وبيان وجه تفرعه عن الأصل. وأوصى البحث بالاهتمام بالمتون المختصرة، كالورقات وغيرها، التي يدور الدرس حولها، بتخريج فروعها على أصولها، إذ فيها أمهات مسائل الأصول المؤثرة في الأحكام.

This article aims to tackle the topic of Takhreej of branches over origins of Jalaluddin Almahali in his explanation of Aljwayni’s waraqaat. Takhreej science is a science of high statue and great importance. It connects the two great sciences, viz. the science of jurisprudence, and the foundations of jurisprudence. The study also aims to find out how to deduce the branches of jurisprudence stated by Jalaluddin Almahalli in his waraqaat, with the desire to bring the foundations of jurisprudence closer to the understanding of its students; since these foundations cannot be understood without being linked to their branches. The study employs the descriptive, analytical and deductive approach. I stated the foundations of jurisprudence as constructed by Almahali, introducing him with reference, stating also the scholars’ opinions about him and illustrating the area of dispute, the evidence for each idea with discussion and weighting. I commented on the extracted branches from the original principle, mentioning the evidence through which the original principle affected the branch and connecting the jurisprudential branch to the original principle. The study recommends to pay attention to summarized texts such as waraqaat and others by extracting their branches from their original principles because they contain the major topics of original principles.
