يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمعاهد الأزهرية بمحافظة القليوبية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وتم اختيار عينة البحث من السادة مدرسي التربية الرياضية بالمعاهد الأزهرية بمحافظة القليوبية بالطريقة العمدية حيث بلغت عينة البحث (70) معلم تربية رياضية تم استخدامهم كعينة أساسية، وعدد (30) معلم تربية رياضية من داخل مجتمع البحث وخارج العينة الأساسية تم استخدامهم كعينة استطلاعية، وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى: تم التوصل إلى بناء مقياس الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمعاهد الأزهرية بمحافظة القليوبية، وبلغ عدد محاوره (5) أبعاد وهي (الرضا عن العائد المادي والمعنوي والخدمات، الرضا عن بيئة العمل، الرضا عن المستقبل الوظيفي، الرضا عن زملاء العمل، الرضا عن نمط الإشراف)، وبلغ عدد عباراته (50) عبارة، وأوصى الباحث بالآتي: 1- تطبيق مقياس (الرضا الوظيفي) لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمعاهد الأزهرية بمحافظة القليوبية والمصمم من قبل الباحث على باقي الإدارات الأزهرية للوقوف على نواحي القوة لتعميمها والضعف لمعالجتها. 2- الاهتمام بعقد دورات وندوات توعية لشيوخ المعاهد ومعلمي التربية الرياضي بالمعاهد الأزهرية، وتوضيح لهم كيفية الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية. 3- الاهتمام بعقد دورات وندوات توعية للتلاميذ وتوضيح لهم حقوقهم وواجبتهم وكيفية المساهمة في نجاح العملية التعليمية.
The research aims to identify the level of job satisfaction of physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes in Qalyubia governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach in his survey style, due to its relevance to the nature of the research. A physical education teacher was used as a basic sample, and (30) physical education teachers from within the research community and outside the basic sample were used as an exploratory sample, and the most important results indicated that: 1. It was reached to build a measure of job satisfaction among physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes in Qalyubia governorate, and the number of its axes reached (5) dimensions, namely (satisfaction with the material and moral return and services, satisfaction with the work environment, satisfaction with the job future, satisfaction with co-workers, satisfaction with the style of work supervision), and the number of its phrases was (50), and the researcher recommended the following: 2. Applying the (job satisfaction) scale of physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes in Qalyubia governorate, which was designed by the researcher to the rest of Al-Azhar departments to find out the strengths for generalization and weaknesses to address them. 3. Taking care of holding awareness sessions and seminars for the sheikhs of institutes and teachers of physical education in Al-Azhar institutes, and explaining to them how to improve the educational process. 4. Taking care of holding awareness sessions and seminars for students and explaining to them their rights and duties and how to contribute to the success of the educational process.
