المستخلص: The ambiguous status of the work of art nowadays demands meditation and reflection for its nature and conception. And with the increase of loss of bearings, of orientation, ethical vacuum and the production of nonsense, a redefinition of the work of art is inevitable. It is necessary to return to the philosophical foundation as well as seek a theoretical benchmark. Hence, and with inspiration from the great philosopher of the criticism, Emmanuel Kant, we can draw the limits and lay the foundations so as not to fall into artistic and conceptual excess.

Le statut ambigü de l’oeuvre d’art aujourd’hui, sa nature et sa conception exigent méditation et réflexion. La perte des repères, d’orientations, le vide éthique, et la production du n’importe quoi, nous incitent à redéfinir l’oeuvre d’art. Il est nécessaire de se retourner au fondement philosophique. Il est même incontournable de chercher un repère théorique. Alors, devant le grand philosophe de la critique, Emmanuel Kant, nous pouvons tracer les limites, et poser les fondements afin de ne pas tomber dans la démesure artistique et conceptuelle.
