المستخلص: يشتغل هذا البحث على موضوع التنازع وهو يتحرك في أبعاد العلوم الإنسانية المختلفة بهدف الوصول إلى حدود مفهوم (التنازع) لغة واصطلاحا، وهو يتحرك ضمن فضاءات هذه العلوم ويتغير تبعا للحقل العلمي الذي يتناوله. لذا فإن التنازع يمتلك صفة المرونة في الاستعمال في العلوم الإنسانية ويتماهى مع مفاهيم أخرى كالصراع والتنافر والخصومة والحرب. ويجتهد البحث في ملاحقة التنازع في حقول الأدب والنقد العربي القديم بصورة خاصة، ويتناول المصطلح متحركا في حقول علوم (الدين والفقه والقانون)، وقد انطلق البحث في الحقل الأدبي النقدي من منصة الأدب الجاهلي ومن عيون القصائد الجاهلية، بغية الوقوف على التغاير الدلالي ومن حيث الحقول الدلالية للمصطلح، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن موضوع التنازع يرتبط بوشائج متينة مع الفنون والأغراض الشعرية (كالهجاء والحماسة والمديح والفخر والغزل) إذ تتمتع هذه الأغراض بشحنة من نزعة العنف والميل إلى التطرف اللفظي والفعلي، وتتماثل مع بيئة العرب حيث التنافس يأخذ مساحات كبرى من الحياة اليومية في الأنشطة الاجتماعية وفي علاقات القبيلة وفي علاقات الفرد بمحيطه وربما أصبح الشعر الزناد الذي يقدح إوار الحرب في أكثر من مناسبة، لذا التنازع يحتل مساحة ويسلط تأثيرا بالغا على حركة المجتمع. ووقف البحث على جملة من الشواهد الشعرية ليميط اللثام عن وظيفة التنازع بصفته فاعلا مؤثرا في ميدان (الموارد، الثأر، الإهانة، التعبير، وقوانين المنظومة القبلية المتمثل بالتعصب).

This research works on the subject of conflict as it moves in the different dimensions of human sciences in order to reach the limits of the concept of (dispute) in language and terminology, and it moves within the spaces of these sciences and changes with the change of the scientific field that it deals with. Therefore, the conflict has the characteristic of flexibility in use in the human sciences and overlaps with other concepts. Such as (conflict, disharmony, antagonism and war. The research strives to pursue conflict in the fields of literature, and ancient Arab criticism in particular, as it deals with the term in motion in the fields of science (religion, jurisprudence and law), and the research in the literary and monetary field was launched from the platform of pre-Islamic literature in terms of the best pre-Islamic poems, in order to identify the change Semantic and in terms of semantic fields in this term, and the research has concluded that the subject of conflict is linked to strong ties with the arts and poetic purposes (such as satire, enthusiasm, praise and pride), as these purposes have some tendency to violence and a tendency to extremism in word and deed, and are similar to the Arab environment where competition It takes up large areas of daily life in social activities, in the relations of the tribe, and in the relations of the individual with his surroundings. Poetry may have become the source that ignites war on more than one occasion, so the conflict occupies a large area and exerts a great influence on the movement of society. The research stopped on a number of poetic evidence to reveal the function of conflict as an influential actor in the field of (Resources, fire, insult, expression, and the two villages of the tribal system such as the account and genealogy).
