المستخلص: تعد المشاركة مبدأ أساسيا من مبادئ تنمية المجتمع، والتنمية الحقيقية الناجحة لا تتم بدون مشاركة، كما أن المشاركة تعتبر أفضل وسيلة لتدعيم وتنمية الشخصية الديمقراطية على مستوى الفرد والجماعة والمجتمع. وهي في نفس الوقت من أبسط حقوق المواطن وهي حق أساسي يجب أن يتمتع به كل مواطن يعيش في المجتمع، فمن حقه أن يختار حكومته وأن يختار نوابه الذين يقومون بالرقابة وتوجيه الأفراد لما فيه مصلحتهم. وفي هذا الإطار يبدو أن البحث في مسألة المشاركة السياسية في المغرب هو بالأساس بحث في طبيعة النظام السياسي، فالمشاركة السياسية تغدو مرآة حقيقية لمعرفة حجم الديمقراطية في كل مجتمع.

Participation is a basic principle of community development, and real and successful development does not take place without participation. Participation is the best way to strengthen and develop the democratic personality at the individual, group and community levels. At the same time, it is one of the most basic rights of the citizen and it is a basic right that every citizen living in society should enjoy. He has the right to choose his government and to choose his representatives who monitor and direct individuals for their own benefit. In this context, it seems that the research on the issue of political participation in Morocco It is basically a study of the nature of the political system, as political participation becomes a real mirror to know the size of democracy in every society. In light of this understanding and the extent to which it is related to the general conditions in society, political participation is linked to the extent of the response of the political system and its ability to adapt to the emerging environmental conditions.
