هذا البحث بعنوان ضوابط التفسير التقني بين التأصيل والتطوير. فيظهر فيه تمييز المواقع الجيدة من الرديئة التي عينت بالقرآن الكريم بكافة جوانبه سواء مصحف مقروء أو مكتوب أو تفسير أو ما يتعلق بالمفردة القرآنية، وقد شملت فيه التنبيه إلى معرفة استخدام هذه التقنيات، والأجهزة، والبرامج، والواقع، ومدى فائدتها سلبا وإيجابا ومراعات الحق والجدية بها، والحذر من الزيل والتهاون في التعامل معها، وتجنب المواقع الباطلة والمشبوه منها. التي تؤدي إلى فساد البحث أو المتلقين عنها. مع إيضاح أهمية البرامج الموثوقة التي ما زال يعمل عليها قدر كبير من المراكز تحت إشراف كم هائل من الباحثين والعلماء في سبيل الجمع بين التأصيل والتطوير وضبط جميع جوانب الخلل بها والتدقيق بها قبل عرضها، والتي تسمر لسنوات في تطويرها وتحديثها حتى تصل إلى متلقيها في جميع أنحاء العالم بالصيغة الشرعية الصحيحة والمقبولة الواضحة، والتي تصف بوضوح معاير هذا العلم الشرعي لكل المستخدمين والمتلقين منها، فقد أدى نشر هذا العلم عن طريق هذه الأجهزة الحديثة والمبتكرة في هذا العصر من خلال تطبيقاتها المتنوعة الاستفادة الواسعة والمثمرة منها في جوانب عديدة منها التعليم والحفظ والاستطلاع وغيرها من الخدمات والتي مازلنا نأمل من منتجيها الإسهام بأكبر قدر ممكن لتوفير خدمات أخرى أكثر ابتكارا وتجددا لضمان استمراريتها على الدوام وحتى تواكب مجالات التطور، والسعي لتحقيق أبسط المعايير والوضوح في استخدامها والبعد عن التعقيد والعمل على فتح أبواب أكثر لمحبي هذا المجال ولكل من أراد الابتكار فيه لتطويره، فبنظر إلى البرامج والتطبيقات من منظور واسع أصبح لا غنى عنها اليوم في مجال العلم والأبحاث الشرعية وغيرها من العلوم التي ما زالت ترتكز على أخذ أدلتها منه.
This research is entitled Controls of Technical Interpretation of the Holy Quran between Rooting and Development. It aims of identify the good websites from bad ones, which are concerned with the Holy Qur’an in all its aspects, whether a readable or written Qur’an, interpretation or anything related to the Qur’anic vocabulary. The research included alerting to the knowledge of the use of these technologies, devices, software, and websites, and the extent of their negative and positive benefits, and taking into account the truth and seriousness with them. It also aimed to clarify the necessity of caution against negligence in dealing with it and to avoid suspicious and false sites that lead to corruption of research. The research explained the importance of reliable programs that a large number of centers are still working on under the supervision of a large number of researchers and scholars in order to combine rooting and development, controlling all defects and checking them before displaying them. This process continues for years until it is developed and updated in order to reach the recipients all over the world with the correct and acceptable clear legal form. These sites clearly describe the standards of this legal science for all users and recipients of them. The dissemination of this science through these modern and innovative devices in this era through its various applications has led to a wide and fruitful use of them in many aspects, includin, education, memorization, reviewing and other services. We hope that its producers will contribute as much as possible to provide other, more innovative services to ensure their continuity and to keep pace with the areas of development. We also hope that its producers will strive to achieve the simplest standards and clarity in their use in order to avoid complexity and work to open more doors for fans of this field and for anyone who wants to innovate in it to develop it. Looking at these programs and applications from a broader perspective, we find that they have become indispensable in the field of science, legal research and other sciences that are still based on taking their evidence from it.
